I was driving a fire hazard!! The cost was less then I expected. Now, I got lights when I'm supposed to and the brake light doesn't go on in the middle of the night! I am very happy with the results. “This review is for the laundry pickup service. My laundry was returned with stains on my brand new button up dress shirt and 3 items that were not mine. (bra, spandex top, and a pair of grey sweat pants. Now I'm wondering if someone has some of my clothes) When I called to see what the protocol was for receiving someone else's clothes and having one of my shirts stained, the owner Michael said to me "I call bullsh!+" (Yes, he cursed at me) Michael did not believe that I was given 3 wrong items or that my brand new dress shirt was stained. (I have no idea why Michael would think that I lied. I am a new customer and have never met him. I have nothing to gain by taking time out of my day to call and ask why I have other people clothes) He gave me an explanation about watching my clothes on video cameras, weighing my clothes and said that he has not made a mistake in 18 months. Michael did not believe that his company gave me someone else's clothes or that my new shirt was stained and then proceeded to curse at me. I was expecting an apology and maybe reimbursement for my dress shirt, but instead I was cursed at by the owner Michael. I have read previous reviews and see that Michael has cursed at other customers in the past and then comes to the reviews to type out an excuse. I am very hurt by the way I was treated and hope no one else has to experience such unkind customer service.”

It's an an excellent branch to do business with on the rare occasion I do have to go inside. Staff are professional and knowledgeable. They quickly resolve any issue and provide individual service.”

“After having my job interview today and had another job, I came in to golden one because my account had some issues with it that needed to be fixed and the gentleman who assisted me let me know that it might be a little bit of a wait because people were busy and so he put me on the list and I was healthy for the time that was estimated which was very awesome. The lady who assisted me today today the banker, Britney was very friendly listen to all my concerns and gave her recommendations and ultimately, we decided that it was best to close my old account since I was having issues with it and start a brand new one fresh everything fresh new account number and everything The whole process took about almost an hour, but she listen to all my concerns give me her recommendations was very nice we even talked about you no plans for the summer and she was also very knowledgeable with what I would need for my financial needs. Made me feel like he's after what had happened last week basically a bill that I normally have coming out of my account was trying to come out for $229 which I've never had that much come out of my account and put my account in the negative didn't get in getting a little bit of anxiety because I was like oh my gosh I just didn't have that money in there to cover that so it got resolved but after that, I was just like OK time to get a fresh account let's make it new, so where there won't be any more issues with this end. I left her today feeling at ease that my concerns were addressed and resolved. Britney was very awesome and made me feel better about the whole situation since I was not happy with golden one for a little bit now I feel better about everything everything I address my concerns was all resolved today. I highly recommend this establishment for anybody looking for a new bank. They are awesome friendly and will make you feel better about whatever concerns you might have Britney you were awesome. I appreciate everything you did and taking the time and listening to me. You made me feel a lot better by everything so thank you so Much.
