“Wonderful service, always very efficient and fast for mailing packages. I've also used him to print out an urgent document and scan it. The location is easier than wasting gas to drive 20 minutes each way to the post offices in Lakeport or City of Clearlake, and no waiting in line. A+ for the great convenience!”

“To be completely transparent, if it weren't for this locations Supervisor, Tanaya (sorry if misspelt), and how she handles situations, this location would be little to no stars... However, she is amazing and takes pride in her job.

•Issues with carriers, not all, but one or two. We have had 6+ of packages in the past 3 months get lost/wrong delivery: example- to wrong mail slot (we have a community box) or to the wrong address all together (luckily there are still good honest people in the world and have returned some to us), and a couple we never were able to retrieve.

•The few times I went into this location, the girl in front was extremely rude to not just me, but other customers. I get some people have bad days, but this happened multiple times. She had little to no patience with the elderly gentleman in front of me I walked out and that was the last I went to this location. I will go to Lakeport or Clear Lake.”

“Nice, Post Office. You get it? Nice? The town is called 'Nice'. Ah shucks. I will bet that joke has run it's course with the locals in this town. This is a rather large post office for such a small town. Nice friendly staff. My mail got to San Francisco the next day. Nice.”

“Thank you to the girl that was putting stuff out this morning. Uou went above and beyond when I asked if there was a possibility that my package was there. You could have told me I needed to wait. But instead you went and found my package and put it out for me to get. Thank you so much for being so kind.”

“I feel compelled to write a review of this USPS as frankly I was pretty concerned after seeing the reviews here, and worrying that my moving up to the Oaks would be a nightmare for mail and packages. Thankfully the experience I had was both very pleasant with the person serving my both personable and professional - helping me out with paperwork I hadn't properly completed and helping a few customers behind me with a smile and friendly attitude.Seeing as these negative reviews are older, I'm optimistic that the leadership/staff changes that were needed have happened and that things are greatly improved with the people that are there now. (note: I do not disagree with those lower scores, they all appear to be very genuine, my review is to showcase that things have hopefully changed for the better and i'd like to reflect that)Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars today is that I will be going back there a few times over the next month for a variety of activities - if everything lines up then I'll be very happy to lift this to 5 stars and start to balance out those older, lower scores.”

“I did not have trouble getting a package for my family last week, but I had issues getting a package this week. Luckily she still gave me the packages since we had the same last name and she checked my ID.”

“They do their best with what they have to work with. They are very understaffed, and couriers are not paid well, so I feel that's the reason there are some bad reviews, that come from not being able to keep the couriers around. Every year they change, it's a learning experience for the new one, or two couriers.”
