Pharmacist Lee is very rude and has no compassion for customers and the fact that they are out of medication. There have been several interactions with him that have been very upsetting. There needs to be some oversight because he doesn't seem to care about customers whatsoever. We will be pulling all of our families prescriptions from Glebdora Walgreens specifically because of him.

I decided to check the pharmacy hours before driving over to pick up my prescription. I thought it odd the internet said they opened at 2 pm so I phoned to verify the hours. Apparently they are so short staffed they closed for lunch. That's fine but when I arrived I was greeted with this.

i came to this location to get cash back and the ladie name cassey keeps voiding my money refund. I also came to this store on 10/27 and the store was locked with staff sitting down . Telling customers to leave. This store is always problematic . Casey the staff memeber always voides refunds for cash and purchase items and returns them which is fraud im going to report this store to corporate

Store is extremely dirty, especially outside with trash with overgrown trees and debris not picked up. They never seem to have your medication in stock. they close the pharmacy drive-through for Saturday for lunch, but don’t return on time.

Curly hair front drop off girl is the worse, stated she had my prescription via fax but needed my physical ID to pick it up my medicine, went back home to grab it and once I arrived she had left for the day and the other girl stated they didn’t have my prescription and that it would take some time to get it from my doctor. Why lie to a customer and then leave knowing very well you lied just to get to leave and allow others to deal with your lies. Complete waste of time and games played on their part.

The pharmacist REFUSED to print a history of meds for my mom. My mother is an articulate & intelligent lady, and she was so shaken by how rude and aggressive the pharmacist was that I could visibly see that she was not okay after speaking with him. There was a problem with her blood pressure med, and the pharmacist told her she did not have any refills of the correct dose/amount while she waited for her doctor to fix an issue on their end. She did have a refill as she hadn't picked up the last one, but when she told him this & asked him to check the bin (since the records were wrong she assumed it must still be waiting for her) he told her: "I do not need to look in the bins!" And refused to help her. So, she asked for a printout of her medical transaction history with the pharmacy because she wanted to review where it stated that there was a transaction that she previously picked up & paid for the med, and again, he aggressively refused. Wow Walgreens. Among basic customer service issues here, it is not legal [CA pharmacy law 56.101 (2), pharmacy.ca.gov] to deny her access to her medical transaction history. You may want to think about who who choose to represent you.

Went to get my covid vaccine. First off they were late giving me my vaccine when I arrived 15 mins before the appointment time. Had me fill out the same paperwork that's online. Why do it online if I had redo it at the appt?? Pharmacist puts her gloves on in the other room. Touches stuff including 2 door knobs with the gloves on. Then calls me into the patient room and starts to prepare my injection. When I asked her to change the gloves she says this is a supposed to be clean not sterile and I am cleaning the site with alcohol. I told her I know that but she still touched a bunch of stuff before coming in the health room. I had to ask 3 times for her to change them. She seemed irritated that I asked her to change her gloves. Walgreens management needs to have some trainings for their staff. Door knobs are disgusting and for her to think that her gloves were clean is absurd! I hope they offer the staff some trainings! It's clearly needed. Won't be back!

Spent nearly half an hour waiting for ONE car ahead of me in the pharmacy line today. Why? Turns out they were taking a covid test and the pharmacist allowed them to just sit there holding up the whole line. If McDonalds can have folks pull out of the way for orders taking longer than usually so the flow keeps going there is literally no reason that Walgreens can't.

Shout out to Gio the cashier, I needed to return an item I purchased the night before. I did not have the receipt but Gio was able to give me store credit, which is all I needed! Thanks, Will be going back

Don't go to this Walgreens if you have a condition that causes chronic pain. The holier than thou pharmacist will not fill ongoing pain prescriptions. I've been going to Walgreens for years and never encountered such an uncaring pharmacist. Thank you for the unnecessary pain. I appreciate it. I'll happily take my business elsewhere where they actually care about their patients. Just remember, you're a pharmacist, not a doctor. You don't know what people are dealing with.

The pharmacy drive thru is a joke 20 mins and we still haven't moved. Third in line and scared to get out as there are 5 cars behind me right now and not sure what the inside looks like. But if the order is not ready why have the same car just sit there holding up the line
