Curly hair front drop off girl is the worse, stated she had my prescription via fax but needed my physical ID to pick it up my medicine, went back home to grab it and once I arrived she had left for the day and the other girl stated they didn’t have my prescription and that it would take some time to get it from my doctor. Why lie to a customer and then leave knowing very well you lied just to get to leave and allow others to deal with your lies. Complete waste of time and games played on their part.

Went to get my covid vaccine. First off they were late giving me my vaccine when I arrived 15 mins before the appointment time. Had me fill out the same paperwork that's online. Why do it online if I had redo it at the appt?? Pharmacist puts her gloves on in the other room. Touches stuff including 2 door knobs with the gloves on. Then calls me into the patient room and starts to prepare my injection. When I asked her to change the gloves she says this is a supposed to be clean not sterile and I am cleaning the site with alcohol. I told her I know that but she still touched a bunch of stuff before coming in the health room. I had to ask 3 times for her to change them. She seemed irritated that I asked her to change her gloves. Walgreens management needs to have some trainings for their staff. Door knobs are disgusting and for her to think that her gloves were clean is absurd! I hope they offer the staff some trainings! It's clearly needed. Won't be back!

Don't go to this Walgreens if you have a condition that causes chronic pain. The holier than thou pharmacist will not fill ongoing pain prescriptions. I've been going to Walgreens for years and never encountered such an uncaring pharmacist. Thank you for the unnecessary pain. I appreciate it. I'll happily take my business elsewhere where they actually care about their patients. Just remember, you're a pharmacist, not a doctor. You don't know what people are dealing with.

The pharmacy drive thru is a joke 20 mins and we still haven't moved. Third in line and scared to get out as there are 5 cars behind me right now and not sure what the inside looks like. But if the order is not ready why have the same car just sit there holding up the line

Horrid experience getting a prescription transferred from them!! Tinh, the male pharmacist is rude and questions the other pharmacy and does not provide the information necessary to have my prescription filled. Avoid at all costs!!

Bill is a great Pharmacist always answers my questions. It's the new people who work the drive through window and answer the phone who have a bad attitude and customer service skills. 06/07/2022 I called to confirm my son's prescription as I do every month for the last 19 years and this medication the last 19 Years. Never have I been asked to name the medications and then told my son needed to be with me and have a valid ID I told her my son is a minor she stated that, that did not matter he needed his ID. I became very frustrated and repeated myself, "My son is a Minor and I'm his parent!" Then she says oh he doesn't need one I need mines all over the phone. Went to drive through @5:45pm the female employee had a very bad attitude, which was the same employee I spoke with over the phone demanding my minor' child's ID, I recognized her voice. Train these newer employees that minors don't require ID's the parents do.

This is the the place you go when you want to wait and wait and wait! The worker was rude to me after making us wait 3 days for our medications. A huge lack of leadership and proper management here!

Decent Walgreens. I have had issues here with a previous manager but I haven't seen him around in sometime. The last manager I asked to speak to for support was actually quite nice and helpful. Its a decent size store and for the most part always clean and organized. Sometimes they run low on some items because of the couponing people (Like myself, lol) other than that, I love the convenience of the curbside pick up and most employee's are helpful and friendly. There is always plenty of parking and the drive through pharmacy is convenient as well.

This review is for their pharmacist, Bill. I worried and worried about getting the vaccine because I know many places that gives intramuscular vaccines do not aspirate, and this is cause for suspected injuries like metallic taste in mouth and even more severe symptoms. So, on learning about this, I approached the pharmacy to ask if they take this crucial step. And Bill confirmed that they do. Awesome. Aspiration is important for intramuscular vaccines because you don't want injectors to accidentally put the vaccine into a blood vessel and cause problems. Aspiration means that the syringe is put into the arm and drawn out a little to see if there is blood. If there is blood, they have hit a blood vessel and cannot inject. If you haven't heard about aspiration, and is about to have your booster, it is best to ask your injector about it.

Very disappointed in the pharmacy staff. I am a veteran and a senior citizen and will never go back here again. California ends the mask mandate and these people are all behind plastic screening wearing masks and refused to wait on me unless i put on a mask that would not do anything for them. remember there in their safe place behind a plastic barrier. WOW and nobody else was in the store in was empty even the drive through. If i could give them less than one star I would

I stopped using Walgreens pharmacy around 65 years ago after years of bad service, wrong prescriptions and ridicules lo g waits even when prescriptions have been called in days before. Unfortunately I needed to get a prescription filled for my son and decided to give them another try. Nothing has changed. Prescription wasn't ready even though we had it called in a week ago. I just told them after a 15 minute wait that we will cancel and pick it up somewhere else and they just smiled and said "thank you." Terrible service.

The reason I gave them only three stars was because I had to go to the pharmacy at Walgreens three times to pick up the same prescription after being contacted by Walgreens to pick up my prescription. If you call me and tell me my prescription is ready and then I go in and you tell me you don't have it that you have to order it there's something wrong with that. When I went back they told me the computer was down and I would have to either wait or come back again. When I asked how long it would take to get the computer up they said they did not know so go look around the store. Since I am disabled running back and forth to Walgreens from where I live is not an easy thing to do. I rely on others or a Mobility Scooter to get there to begin with. Finally the third time I went I was able to pick up the script I had been waiting for.

Great service for some, but incredibly rude to others. You can wait 15-30 minutes in line behind someone submitting and having their prescription filled on the spot, but when you finally make it to the window they suddenly have no time for you. They NEVER answer the phone so you have to go in to ask even the simplest of questions. With rx by mail there is truly no reason to put yourself through the pain and hassle of going to this Walgreens ever again.
