This goes to the cashier from yesterday. 12/9/23 about 4PM. It was very busy in the store with a very long line. Cashier 6011983 was very kind and I could tell is a very hard worker in this shop location. She was also fast with scanning my coupon from my phone. This girl deserves a raise with how she gracefully handled the customers. Holidays are so hectic as is and her customer service skills were on point. I do want to say thank you again !

Staff was not welcoming. When I entered I believe I was the only one in the store staff was having a conversation, no welcome no no help not a word, I was there for some panties, and I was going thru the drawers the two staff were next to me organizing the panties and still not a word, which on any occasion would be fine if it was busy but it was literally me in the two staff on the sales floor, soon as two other girls with a lighter complexion walked in they were welcoming them in and talked to them about the deals going on, I put the panties back and left at that moment, I won’t give a store my money if I feel I wasn’t welcomed there

2 stars bc the staff was nice but the bras they give you to try on are kinda gross. VS used to be the gold standard for fittings and bras. It doesn't feel that way anymore. They give you bras that are dirty to try on.
