This corporate store is located in the Lone Hill Shopping Plaza (HomeGoods etc.). It's easily missed, because it sits facing the side of Home Depots Garden Center (closest to the entrance off Gladstone). The agents were knowledgeable and patient. Diego and Domenic, willingly answered all my questions.

Recently came here twice, been here before but these two times in were nothing but positive. Extremely helpful staff. Rashon went out of his way to help me with getting a new phone. Clean store, tons of options, lots of plans. Would highly recommend and would return. Parking can get a little tight, but never have to wait long inside the store.

Horrible customer service. The reps lie to you straight to your face just so you will sign up. HARRY for example. Lied to me about multiple things and assured me that I would get everything. Two months later after speaking with multiple customer reps over the phone, because if you go back to the store they say they can't do anything and only customer service can. What a bunch of bull crap. Let's lie to people and get them signed up then just leave them alone. That's their motto. Two months in and I still have to call to make sure I am getting my discounts applied manually because nothing was done the proper way. I should not have to waste MY OWN TIME to make sure I am getting what was promised to me. Don't waste your time.

HORRIBLE customer service from the "manager" Dennis at this location. I had left my physical drivers license in my husband's wallet and needed to come in to make some changes to my account. They would not help me bc I didn't have a physical id but had multiple forms of ID in my phone (drivers license, passport, etc.) as well as the ability to receive texts to verify my identity by verizon and could have verified my pin. He was soooo rude and unprofessional. I have a corporate account with over 20 lines and he could care less. Makes me want to take my business elsewhere.

Came in to buy my wife a new phone. Alexis helped us out. Super easy to work with and very helpful, not pushy at all. She gave us all the info on each phone and gave us the details for upgrading our plan. I recommend asking for her when you come in.

Went in today to open a brand new line. Eric assisted me, but he didnt seem to know what he was doing. We had agreed upon a specific plan that would come out to $75 per month. Once I inputed my social, and all was said and done, my monthly bill was going to be $85 plus i was expected to pay $217 my first month. He was charging me an activation fee and all sort of fees i tried to get him to remove. He walked over to a latino (balding) middle aged man, who signaled him that he was unable to address him. When i told Eric I will not move forward with the plan, he shot up again and walked over to said balding man. He began chuckling and saying there is nothing he can do. I asked him that I will not be accepting that offer and to please delete my social and information from his system. As i was walking out, i overhear him makea snyde comment to an african american man. As i was getting into my car, parked infront of there store, i see them chuckling and pointing at me. This behavior was completely unacceptable. Please beware that this store cherry picks who they decide to actually listen and support thoroughly. I am disgusted by the behavior of these men.

Hello, I have reported an issue with the Verizon Wireless data not functioning properly at the area of Lone Hill/ Gladstone in Glendora, CA. I spoke with technical support a few weeks ago and they assured me they were aware of this issue. I am still experiencing data latency here, and once I drive away, my service improves. Now I have a brand new IPhone 15 Pro Max with all the correct settings enabled. I just don't understand how a multi-billion company like Verizon, just can't fix this issue. I am beginning to believe that I made a mistake by signing up with Verizon. Manny Haro

Great experience. We were seen almost right away, treated well by Dom. He was polite, information answered all our questions which helped us make the decision to switch providers.

It's been over a year since I been here and to be honest it sucked I didn't want to come in but as I walked in I see they remolded and it looks great we were greeted right away and yes there was a little wait but once we got our sales person Carl he was awesome he explained everything so clearly and made sure we understood wverything that was going on. Idk if they got new owners or management but this used to be a place I hated to walk into but now I feel so happy with the customer service I will for sure be back! Thanks for making this place better and keep up the good work!
