I don’t know if she’s the manager or not but the lady with the glasses & black ponytail who works here definitely gave racist an older white lady was talking to me and she budded in our conversation in a panic and asked the older white lady if she was okay as if I was doing something to the lady and I’m not sure why also she kept following me around as if I was going to steal something maybe because I was black but that was the vibe I got..the store how ever is nice

This is in regards to the Salon Services. Go somewhere else, to a mom and pop place. They give you waaaay better service and listen to you when you tell them how you want your hair, not do whatever they want.
I’ve been here twice already and each time the person cutting my hair did NOT follow my instructions. I didn’t want to cause a scene, but the fact that they could not make one layer, and thin out under the crown is beyond me. Instead I ended up with a lob (long bob). Ulta, I love buying from you but your service techs suck! Do better.

Diana the manager was amazing this past Sunday she literally helped me get in and out with all I wanted and needed ñ she was paying attention to everything I was sharing with her, she made me feel welcomed and appreciated.. Is nice to see someone smiling and genuinely caring about us.. Thank you so much for your kindness!

Hours are incorrect on Yelp. They do not open until 10am on Saturdays. They have spaces for curbside pick up (signs posted), however when checking in on your email, it says they don't offer curbside. So be prepared to go inside. Got my order, luckily the person had me check before leaving because I did have a product missing from my order. He apologized and found my correct order and I was on my way. The cleansing line I use unfortunately is exclusive to Ulta, so I will be returning.

Customer service is the best at this store I always come out spending a couple hundred just because they are so knowledgeable on what products are best for my skin type. It's like a candy store for adults.

Worst Ulta every time I need to pick some makeup up, sadly it's the closest store location near me. Workers are completely rude! If you're not ready with makeup on they do not wish to help service you, completely disrespectful. Dianna and Joanna are who I have to deal with every time I go and are the worst. I asked Joanna to smell a specific perfume and she rolled her eyes at me because I wasn't going to purchase it after all. I went to purchase my items from Dianna and because I didn't want to start a reward program, I wanted to respectfully get out of the store as fast as I could, she gave me major attitude and handed me my bag without saying thank you, goodbye etc;
