They took the time to explain everything clearly and provided helpful updates throughout the process. My Tacoma was serviced efficiently, and the quality of work was top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was in perfect condition, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail. Another lie from the sellers. They assured that there was a car in stock, but when I visited in person it turned out that it had been sold three hours ago, what is this circus for? Contact Emanuel, a guy came who said that it was him, then the real Emanuel called, asked me to come back... why, you already sold the car) and the show cars are all dirty. Toyota dealers are located 20 minutes from each other, why treat customers like this, so that they go to competitors?

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Toyota of Glendora today for my FJ Cruiser. I spoke with David Millan and clearly explained the issues: the car was sluggish, the engine light was on, a mouse had chewed some wires, and a P2432 code was showing. I specifically requested they check for additional chewed wires and address the code.
David informed me there would be a standard diagnostic fee of $198, which I agreed to, trusting them based on past experiences. However, instead of focusing on the issues I mentioned, they performed checks I did not request. Then, I received a quote for an additional $300 to diagnose the very code I initially informed them about.
Not only did they skip past addressing my concerns, they prioritized more their vehicle checklist which David expained was not done. David said that's how they do things. The checklist was never performed. When my husband spoke to David, it was clear they had acted outside of my agreement. Is this what their "minimum fee" covers—charging customers for unnecessary work without consent?
In the end, I lost $198 for services I never requested and refused to pay an additional $300 for work I had already asked them to investigate. This feels deceptive and unprofessional, and I am deeply disappointed in how they handled my service request.

It was a really bad experience, I thought I was dealing with honest people but ir is not the case. The Financial person sold me a lot add on which brought the price of the car too high. When I went back to ask him too remove them he said he couldn’t do it because it was part of the package which is not true that’s why they are call add ons I need someone to call me to guvw all the details
