This review is limited to (1) installation of blinds and (2) installation of doors.Buying blinds and having Home Depot install them worked out great. I'd talked to FIVE other blind installers. Boy, was that a miserable experience. One wanted a fortune; one that was affordable turned out not to be a licensed contractor. I turned to Home Depot out of frustration.I thought Home Depot was going to be more expensive, but it was actually the cheapest quote out of all six. They had exactly what I wanted. An installer came to measure; I ordered the blinds; the blinds arrived in a couple of weeks; I called the installers; and they slapped them up. Easy-peasy. The blinds are great quality, and the installation was perfect.Buying doors and having Home Depot install them was also a great experience. This time, their price was pretty much the same as others', but they had exactly the doors I wanted, and I couldn't find anything like them elsewhere. Ordering and installation were a breeze. The installer really impressed me with his knowledge, care, and professionalism.Unlike the blinds process, I have one complaint about the door process: It was v-e-r-y slow. I ordered on April 26; the doors came on July 13. And that's after Home Depot made me pay 100% up front! I'm not sure, but I think it's a violation for a contractor to require more than 10% up front???Anyway, it was worth it.

This review is for the kids workshop at 9am on the first Saturday of every month. The free workshops are very fun, and they teach multiple skills at once. Spots full up very quickly since they are so popular! I signed up in July to reserve a spot for August. I recommend coming early to make sure to get your supplies since they may run out after a certain time. They designate a section near the entrance for kids and their parents to work on the craft. With each activity kit, there is a pin along with a certificate of participation. They also give kid sized Home Depot aprons while they do the work. Our kids felt very accomplished after completing their craft and we had a great family bonding time.Depending on the age of your child, the workshop can take up to an hour to complete. The directions are in English and Spanish, and the step by step pictures are easy to follow. If you cannot make it to the workshop, they do sell the kits inside the store so you can do them at home too. Highly recommend all families with young children to do this at least once!

This is part one of my dryer journey. We are in the middle of it right now and so far in this journey home depot is below one star. 7/7/23 bought a dryer and requested to haul the old dryer, deliver the new dryer, and new hookups. 7/14/23 delivery service installed the dryer incorrectly, new hookups were not added to our order, the dryer is not drying our clothes, and there's a gas leak.7/16/23 called the store and spoke to a manager and an appliance specialist who scheduled an exchange for 7/20/23.7/20/23 The driver said he was coming to fix the machine not exchange it. Back to the drawing board! 7/22/23 walked into the store with our receipt to DEMAND a return. No patience for an exchange at this point. the manager on duty said she would need to call the manufacturer on Monday and she will arrive at work by 11 am.7/24/23 Monday we called the manager and asked for the date of the return. The manager had not done anything, she asked if we could call on Tuesday.7/25/23 Called today and the manager didn't go to work today. I called home depot corporate and got a date for pick up / return on 7/28/23Overall the staff is pleasant but useless. The logistics driver and delivery are unequipped and apparently need more training. I miss SEARS/Kenmore :-(.

I have found that Home Depot doesn't have as much items as my husband and I would like. However, some of the tool section he really enjoys. And I have found at the plant section has a great selection as well. Sometimes especially since Covid it's been very difficult to find help inside the store. There have been a few times where I have waited many minutes before someone has come to help. It does not dissuade me from shopping here. It's just a frustration that people don't want to work. Easy parking, and usually quick lines.

Don't do curbside! You will pay for the convenience! I made a purchase and got the notification that my order was ready. I headed to the store and checked in once parked in the designated spot. Waited about 15 min and no one came out. Then I get a call saying my order wasn't even close to being ready. So I waisted my time going there, dealing with the crowded lot and wasted gas. Never again. Home Depot...do better!

I shop at Home Depot 5 to 6 days a week sometimes more than once in a day. I have never had issues with employees but today I was in a particular aisle and I asked an associate if he worked in that aisle and he just looked at me and replied no and walked away. Now in the past I have had asked the same question to associates in various departments and if they did not work in that particular department they would find somebody for me that could answer my question. So if you happen to see this is so shit he's not much help. It seems he needs to go back to some more training courses.

I personally like this home depot compared to others due to the location. I just feel safer. It's cleaner. They also typically have a good holiday set up. I always visit for Halloween and Christmas to look at decorations and for gifts. Prices are fair. I love how they are dog friendly. If you need to buy a bouquet of flowers, they have quite a selection of all types here for a decent price which is a good tip to know.

I came in today to rent a vehicle and Paul M. was exceptionally helpful and had great customer service. I don't typically rent tools but if I ever need anything in the future I will definitely be back!

Tried to get my Air Conditioner fixed so I went through Home Depot services. Got a text saying I would get a call never did so I called the number back my self three time throughout the day never was given an appointment. If they cant setup an appointment then how can I trust them to show up to fix my problem. They were very rude and dismissive on the phone so I cancelled the whole thing! One call to a different place and I had an appointment for 10 o clock the next morning!

I ordered online 8/24 to rain barrels that were to be delivered in-store August 30 t oSeptember 2 I received email notification product was in store. When I arrived on August 31 it was not there. I ordered these rain barrels for the purpose of filling up prior to the water shut off LA County September 6. Called customer service They are not scheduled to arrive until September 6. I canceled the order since product was not delivered but since product is in transit to Home Depot they will not cancel my order and refund my money until the product is received in their store. My question to everyone what do you think about the Home Depot policy?

I made an online porches that was supposed to be picked up in the store I received the phone call saying that the merchandise was not available I asked the person who I was speaking to to not cancel my order due to the fact that I would not receive the refund in time to make a purchase today requested a 10-minute time frame halfway to the Home Depot which I only live a mile away from I get a text message saying that they canceled my order when I get to the store and ask if there was another one I could have purchased they told me there was not I was angry and they were acting like I was just the one that was going crazy when I went to the air conditioner Department I found a comparable air conditioner that I would have been able to purchase today had they not processed the refund ... when a customer can verify that he spent over $10,000 at your location you can give him 10 minutes

Home Depot was impressive today, early morning many workers on floor ready to help you... not many customers mostly contractors/construction workers. It was nice to walk around and not feel stressed out when it is crowded.

I'm a contractor and I have been shopping at Home Depot in the last 30 years. My employees go shopping and I authorize the transaction and purchases over the phone, which the transaction was placed in the last 30 days. We misplaced the receipt and now they don't want to take it back. I spoke with two bad apple Home Depot employees, one was Chelsea Buca in the return desk. I told them that other Home Depot stores do store credit returns and they were sarcastic and arrogant. They didn't want to take back the merchandise. I spoke with the assistant manager Belen Lopez and I explained to her about the behavior of the two bad apple employees. Her behavior was not any better than the other two bad apple employees and she refused to do the return. So why should I bring my business to this store? Mike

Normally my reviews of Homedepot are amazing and positive, especially this location but I left so angry yesterday that even though I need product today I am not going in. I don't expect to be treated special but I expect common courtesy and yesterday when I came in with an issue that has been dragging out for a while Becca talked to me like I'm an idiot after making it obvious she didn't care what I had to say and walking away when I first tried explain my situation. Maybe as a customer service rep you should worry more about customer service and less about who's looking at your tattoos. To be fair I'm sure I wasn't all smiles and was frustrated and maybe she was having a bad day. Or maybe she just has the customer service skills of an aging pirate, I don't know. But don't be short and rude with a customer then when you piss them off get even more condescending. No one deserves that. You guys almost got a thank you gift basket from Lowes for giving them my business On a positive note Flora took amazing care of me and I appreciate it. Normally this location is amazing but yea I'm pissed.

Brianna working the pro counter area was a total unprofessional unfriendly horrible representation of Home Depot. We spend 50k a year... most at this store... She was so rude and made it seem like I was wasting her time. We were trying to do a phone sale like we do DAILY... but she refused citing rules that have never been there before... You know what maybe those are the rules... that's not the issue... the issue was how rude and berating she was was. She has a ton of Home Depot patches clearly has been here a long time. With her attitude Home Depot should put her behind the scenes not dealing with the publicl. 12.30 on July 22 2022
