“First, Custom Wheel and Tire prices are very comparable to the big box tires stores which I would typically go to for my tires. This time I did some research and generated questions prior to selecting my install location. After calling multiple tire shops, I realized they are just sales people and only survive due to their visibility (multiple locations), advertising and not their knowledge.
This all changed when I called Class Act Wheel and Tire as he was able to answer all my questions as well as explain in detail the treadwear rating, UTQG rating and the DOT manufacturer date which I confirmed prior to installation to avoid premature degradation (dry rot). No if ands or buts, I will go to Custom Wheel and Tire for all my future tire and wheel needs.”

“Brought my friend’s car here for a new tire and rotation. Gary and Anthony provided a time estimate since our tire was a special size and would need to be delivered that morning.No problem on our end, we took a nice 10 minute stroll to get coffee down Route 66. After returning to the shop, we hung out with Mr G, the shop dog before our car was ready to go.Great service. Fast and accommodating. And trustworthy.”

“We were traveling Eastbound on the 210 when we heard a loud noise from driver's side rear tire. We exited the freeway and luckily made it to Roger's Shop. He was amazing, knowledgeable and efficient. Once determining that the tire could not be fixed, he refused to accept any money for his time and assessment of the tire. He said that he wouldn't take any money because he "couldn't finish the job from start to finish." Instead, he was able to fill the tire enough for us to drive the car to the Shop where the tires were purchased so the tire could be replaced. The world would be a better place if there were more people in it like Roger. Thank you again for all of your help and time. I would truly recommend Roger and American Tires & Service for all of your tire needs.”
“I take my car to Hoyo tires. This business has been around for over 20 years. I always take my car there. They are a family business and every time I take my car they treat me like family. They are down to earth people, honest and always willing to give you options on the service they are about to perform. They always care about my issues with all the cars I take. I have seen other prices in the area and they have reasonable prices compared to others. Oil changes are done quickly and at a great price. Don't worry about other people's reviews. “Yo, so I read the reviews and decided to give this shop a try. The service there is legit, man. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful, not like some people who just sit there on their phones and chew gum all day. They saved me a ton of time and hassle compared to that Tesla service center. I've seen some clowns complaining about this place, but trust me, this guy is just trying to make a living. If you don't like the service, go somewhere else. But remember, there are places like Midas and Firestone who will rip you off even worse. I can't stand people who are unfair. This guy and his team are awesome.”

“Ran over an unmarked concrete curb and bent the inside of my front wheel enough to really look awful and start leaking air. Could have been worse but the damage was done. Called up Stu at classic wheel and explained the situation and he quoted me a good price right over the phone. Dropped off the wheel the very next day and he had it fixed and ready for me by closing time the same day. Stu was kind, friendly and knowledgeable. He fully explained the process and assured me the wheel would be back to normal. After the wheel was fixed he balanced the wheel/tire perfectly using internal "sticky" weights. He even stayed open for me a bit longer so that I could make it back to the shop after work to pick up the wheel/tire. Car is back on the road again with no issues thanks to Stu at classic wheel!”
