Ordered online and tried to return some stuff at this location.I was told one dress cannot be returned because it is a final sale item now. I'm 100% sure it was not on final sale when I placed the order. I even created a return slip thru my online account successfully for this specific item. If it's marked final sale it wouldn't let me to do so. Very frustrating process and I don't think the staffs have enough knowledge about their own return policy.

Had a great experience in store today. Wanted to return some shoes but employee Roberto was not sure if it was possible so he provided me the customer service number. After customer service said return was okay to process, Roberto processed my refund. He was very friendly and did his best to ensure customer service was a priority.

The older manager is severely lazy and rude she couldn’t even help me for a specific shirt to find she just looked for a couple seconds and told me we don’t have any shirts maybe you can order online and went back to the cashier, the employees are not helpful as well

A very clean store lots of selections. My kids were racially profiled the moment they walked in to browse. They wanted to immediately leave to another store because they felt uncomfortable. I stayed with them the whole time after to make sure the staff knew the parent was around. We felt discriminated at this location by some of the staff not all of them. Probably won’t come back again.

Eric makes this place a horrible place to walk into. He has no personality, serious face at all times, not welcoming at all and a shitty attitude to top it off. When I went in to pick up my online order he asked for my ID and I didn't have it so was told to come back when I did.( totally understandable) but he had attitude the whole time. When I came back today he had the same attitude, no customer service skills whatsoever. Not a "Hi how are you" "I can help you over here" "how's your day going" just a "Next" meanwhile he proceeded to give a disgusted look on his face the whole time. Never said thank you, just handed me the bag and went back to what he was doing. Definitely needs to have training on proper customer service and how to be somewhat personable. As someone who manages a store myself, It's shocking that people like this actually get hired.

It's been a while since I walked in a business that WASN'T short staffed. Tilly's is fully staffed and everyone was so helpful. It definitely felt like the Christmas season. Keep up the good work Tilly's Glendora.

WHAT IS THE POINT? Order online and have to stand in a line wrapped around the store? No pick up order line or drive up. Between all the options out there right now for drive up/pick up orders, Tilly's is the worst. Please figure it out Tilly's and try to accommodate the high risk people who order online to avoid jam packed stores with lines wrapped around the entire joint. Disappointed and will continue to avoid Tilly's going forward. Dicks and online ordering to avoid this mess.
