This was my first time ever applying for a mortgage, and Larry and his team made it SO easy. I had heard horror stories about how difficult it was in this climate to get approval and how much paperwork was involved. So I originally contact Larry to just ask him what I needed to work on to finally be able to be a homeowner. Within a week, he got me pre-approved. And they walked me through every step of the process so when it came time to make an offer, I was approved and ready to go. A couple months later I was closing! But what I appreciated the most, was that despite what felt like chaos to me, never rattled him. He was calm, answered all my “sometimes silly” questions, and even helped me find insurance and all the other things I needed. Honestly, I can’t believe it was so easy. (Picking out flooring and hiring a contractor— that’s another story) But you never know if you are ready, unless you ask. I’m so glad I did! Thank you!

If you're looking to refinance, please call Larry Davis and his team. You will be glad you did. They are so responsive and helpful and the whole process took under 30 days from start to finish! I was referred by a friend who was also referred by a friend, so we're both grateful that the original friend found Larry. The team, but especially Julia, was so easy to work with and helped me sail thru the paperwork. I really liked the ability to upload all my paperwork directly to their portal and to the ability to sign electronically. Again, so thankful to have used Larry Davis for my refi and would recommend him to everyone!
