Jason and Briana Lorge are hands down the best team and choice for handling the recent sale of my Moms home. They made what I thought was going to be a very tough process so smooth and effortless. Not only did they do all the expected things a relator does but went over and above doing so many little things that assisted with the sale. They always answered any text or calls promptly, had great tradesmen that assisted with minor repair details, looked after the property throughout the process to ensure the house was kept in prime selling condition both inside and out. It was a pleasure working with Jason and Briana. They were very attention to detail and helped me prepare my house to sell. Briana helped stage my house and pictures came out amazing! I felt very comfortable with them and they made the whole home selling process enjoyable. They also helped me with buying a house and I was glad I choose them to do both. We needed to sell my Father's house as he was living in an assisted living facility and passed before closing the house.The Lorges helped us in so many different areas of the process, I can't even count.Briana completely staged the house so well, and so beautiful that I had second thoughts of selling. I highly recommend Jason and Brianna, they have been nothing less than amazing. Words cannot express how great our experience has been with them. We just made our first home purchase with them and the buying process was very daunting, as we had every kind of difficulty imaginable thrown at us. But to say they handled it with class and ease is an understatement. I can truly say they went above and beyond for us in buying our home. They actually care about you as a person and not just a way for their financial gain as we have experienced with other realtors. If it were not for them I do not believe our wishes would have come true of getting our dream home. They treated us like family and were patient, caring and listened to what we wanted. I can say 100% that they are doing this for the joy of finding people their dream house and making their clients happy. We actually met them 5 years ago while they were showing a rental property and were greeted by genuine caring people. We did not end up renting the home they were showing but asked them to represent us in another property we were interested in. They got us that rental and for 100 dollars cheaper without us even asking! The fact that they would do so much for a rental and not a home purchase says it all. With team Lorge you feel secure in knowing that making the client happy is where they focus their importance. Through the years they kept in touch with us, and during covid they again went above and beyond to ensure our family was doing well. They also showed us homes in between this time, and although it took so long for us to settle on the home we wanted they were so kind. They never showed any frustration, and were so patient with us. They never rushed us to pick something they had in mind but showed us homes that we loved never pushing us into just any home. It is rare to find people like this. You can rest assured that with Team Lorge they protect their clients best interest with and do every task with honesty. I cannot say enough about them. We just had a wonderfully smooth selling experience with Jason and Briana. From initial contact to closing, everything was done efficiently and transparently. I especially appreciate the fact that they are a full service team, they helped me with getting the necessary repairs done before the showing. I even managed a vacation in the middle of this. Briana has a great eye for staging and presenting the house in the best possible light. It almost made me not want to sell my place! We got multiple offers over asking and Jason methodically walked me thru the different offers and made selecting the winning offer that much straightforward. Their estimates of the final selling price at the start of the process were spot on! We sold over asking right in the range they predicted, they truly have a great feel of the local market. You will not go wrong with them!

I’m giving my highest recommendation to Jason and Briana Lorge (Team Lorge.) They helped us sell our parents home with complete professionalism. We interviewed several agents and decided on Jason and Briana as we felt that they really wanted to help us sell the house. Briana took our 1975 home with little updates and staged it beautifully to make it looked updated and amazing. If we had any questions, we received answers right away. The house was put on the market and we had 6 offers within 3 days and 3 were over the asking price. Their team work and work ethic really sets them apart.
