Excellent service from Jacqueline and Luis. The store was very busy, but Luis helped us with a lengthy issue, while still helping and directing other customers. Luis was very professional and wonderful.

Went into the store to activate a phone that was already set up and just needed to transfer the number from another carrier. After giving all in information I had for the account I was repeatedly told that none of the information I had provided came up with an account. When I told them I would go to the other store that was able to bring up the account information the guy became rude and even ruder when I told him I wasn't going to sit there and argue with him. I'm not sure if it wasn't worth his time or maybe he needed further training but the entire situation was handled poorly. I ended up calling spectrum mobile to set up the phone from home and the women I spoke to was lovely and apologized for the situation in the store. Weird how I could give them the same exact information I gave in the store and everything was just fine and the account was brought up without issue. Wont be back to this one.

The agents were friendly and helpful
The wait a bit long with only 2 agents working, but being handicapped having to stand at the counter was a little stressful.

Checked in and there so happen to be another person with my name that didn't check in. I had to then re check in. By the time I recheck in already 6 people checked in. The employee knew that there was two check ins. They didn't bother to be aware. Very disappointed this is why I don't work with people who don't have costumer service.

A salesman talked to my elderly mother during the day. While sometimes lonely, she still has her wits, and said she was explicit that she did not want to sign up for anything until talking over offers with one of her sons. I visited later that evening and she showed me his business card and the proposed rates. Later that evening she received an e-mail congratulating her on the new Internet service. I immediately texted the salesperson who said he would cancel the order. He didn't. They sent the hardware within a couple of weeks, which I drove over to their store. The woman who processed the return could not be less thrilled. Three years ago, I thought about signing my mother up for Spectrum after my father had passed. I asked the saleswoman if there were any additional fees. She insisted that of course there were no other fees. Then the e-mail came: There was a $50 installation fee. I cancelled. They have good rates, but shady sales practices.
