Not asking for much but you close your store at 1:20pm with no sign on the door?At least put a sign up to let your customers know that you’ve left for a few minutes and that you’ll be back soon. When you drive all the way here on your lunch break only to find they’re CLOSED AT 1:20??

I don't know if he is new, he's young thin guy. He's awesome. He did not carry my smoke at first, now he does. I feel like he respects the customer and goes out of his way to make them comfortable. Love this shop

Indian dude working there never liked me. Always gave me a hard time while just trying to buy smokes. Prices not that good. Poor customer service. Other guy is okay. I was always nice to both of them. Will no longer go there. Much better smoke shops around. Like in Azusa. Jeff

Very inconsistent on prices. The young guy always wanted a couple dollars more. This time he even wants $3 credit card fee which never happened in the past. I highly don't recommend it.

I will NEVER, EVER come here again.. I always have problems with torches. I dont know why but its really irritating and i went in hoping to find a good one. I ask the guy working a bunch if questions about all the different ones they have, mind you you can kinda tell hes getting a little irritated. So i decided on one and then last second im like oh yeah well ill need fluid with that and i remind him AGAIN with my torches always having problems mentioning that it might be the fluid that I'm using because maybe the fluid is too cheap. So ask him which one is the best...not only does he say he doesnt know lol heeelllooooo this is your job dude your suposed to know about everything in that store but he tells me a price then when i go to pay for everything he tells me a different price so at this point i was just like whatever dude and dealt with it. Well i go home and the torch works for a whole good 10 minutes. I tried letting out all the fluid and re fill it and then when i pushed the button to use it the whole thing went into flames so the very next day i went back and showed him and he tried it and same thing went into flames. So all i did was ask for an exchange. Not another type of torch or a more expensive one or my money back or anything and he says NO and i was fed up at this point then he finally tells me hell give me 50 percent off because my friend i was with goes there all the time and spends money there. But i was so mad so i got another type of torch brcause i didnt wanna deal with the same problem and went to ring it up and he doesnt give the 50 percent off he says ill give you $6 off. So pretty much they dont care if there products work or not they will sell it either way and bribe you with saying a certain price but change it up last minute.. So i said thanks for the free pretty glass rose pipe thing that was staring at me on my way out. Haha. Try hiring someone that knows what the heck there talking about and can speak clearly and stick with the first thing they say. And also not be rude...sorry i ask a couple questions...jesus christ
