I would give this service center 0 stars if I could. Mechanics here are thieves they over charge you on everything do not guarantee there work. Plus they will not tell if you take your car for maintenance only what is immediate problem. I'm going to BBB about my issues i have had here. If you need a mechanic or even gas go somewhere, anywhere else.

If I could give this place a negative star, I would. Went to get some propane for my bbq. When I went in and said what I wanted, the girl acted like she didn't want to be there and I was interrupting her screen time on her phone. Made me wait while she finished with her phone and didn't say one word the entire time. Give your business to someone who wants and appreciates it. Avoid this place.

Never go to this gas station. The gas was super expensive so I only got like maybe 5-6 gallons. The pump wouldn’t take my card, there was something stopping my card from sliding in properly. So I went in and the attendant took my card and said I wasn’t doing it right. So he slide my card and said ok you can go pump your gas. I just looked at my credit card statement and I was charged $150. Shame on me! For trusting this person! I gave them one star cause it wouldn’t let me post no stars

Went there to get a smog check and he told me all was good that I will pass and go in and pay for it. I went in and paid $63 to come out and have him tell me I did not pass. I asked him if I brought it back would he do it for free he said no I'd have to pay again. Very dishonest.

The big set Armenian women is a messed up person. She told me I only could get my Fuel Rewards on regular gas. I didn't say anything because I knew I could get it on premium. Once she saw on her screen I pressed premium she canceled the pump and called me back saying sorry only regular. So now I couldn't get my .20 cents off because she canceled the pump and your allowed to only use the 20 cents off once once time.

We have our cars done at this station and they are great! Very affordable and honest. Ed and Mike are easy to work with and work on your time schedule. We have taken our cars to other stations, but this one goes out of their way to find ways to have your car fixed that is affordable. My daughters car engine was misfiring and a shop quoted me $2000. When I took it to Ed, he said it was $ 185. Can you believe that?! and her car works great now. Grateful for their honesty, integrity and kindness to us throughout the years.

I really like the premium gas that I buy at this station. I have an older slk 320 that runs better and gets better mileage on their gas. I do not like the higher pricing, but I do think that I am getting my money's worth, unlike the gas at various other stations. I am confidant that they dont dilute it. Have never had a problem using their air etc. I dont always buy there because of the cost, but am pleased with the results when I do.

INTERESTING...no remarks from company. More telling no views from Shell? Pay our high prices customers because YOU NEED OUR FUEL..WE DON'T NEED YOU. (Fool born every minute. Sincerly Shell)...I'm not sure if the fuel prices are exceptional high because it's on a busy cross street or what the issue is. Shell was $5.38 a gallon. A half mile away fuel price was $4.29. Will not go there again. 02/21/21-I had to go to go by before the freeway. Shell is STILL PRICE GOUGING. I went 1 mile West. AGAIN SHELL WAS .042 HIGHER.Ate you listening Shell? Probably not

I am a local plumber who would fill up At this gas station 2 to 3 times a week spending $75-$90 every time I live close and I will avoid using it personally and for my business from this point forward. It's difficult enough as a person to try to find a bathroom when you're working in the field and they close their bathroom and don't let anybody use it. First they claim its out of order and then I tell him I'm a plumber I can fix it they say you can't use it because of Covid. Other gas stations lets people use the restroom get off your lazy a** and clean it a couple times a day and you'll be fine. We are considered essential personnel and don't carry a Porta potty.

This is a good place to get your SMOG done on your car in California. The mechanic are very courteous, and professional. Had my car done, less than 20 minutes later, took it AAA received my stickers. Easy breezy!

It's one thing to rip people off with highest gas prices around consistently. These crooks won't even turn on the air pump after you've purchased way over priced gas from them. Clerk claims that it only takes quarters or credit card. I will be reporting them to the state of California. Attendant is too lazy to press a button.

The owner of this Shell station, Ed, is fabulous. Also, his staff are always polite and nice. Ed is honest and really cares about his patrons. I went in thinking I needed brakes, because that is what the dealer told me, when I took it in for service. Ed told me I still had a couple of thousand miles left on both my front and back brakes! Also, my son needed a smog check. My son was back home, with smog check filed, within 20 minutes of leaving home. This station is where my son gets all of his truck work completed. GREAT SERVICE and always so accommodating!
