racially profile their customers and push them to take a bag. be careful with prices because they aren't accurate and don't display them right.

Do not buy from Sephora, you're much better off buying from Ulta or Nordstrom. The Sephora policy is unnecessarily strict "no returns or exchanges after 60 days." If you're like me and work long hours or travel for work this is not the place to spend your money on name brand products, because if you need to exchange not even your receipt will save you. I was right outside of that 60 day window and will now be stuck with a product I will not be able to use. Ulta has a great exchange/ return policy as long as the product is not tampered or worn with a receipt, they also are always on hand to help you, and Nordstrom, well they are all about customer service this would never be an issue.

When to leave a negative review, but I went in to the Sephora in Kohl's today, which I go to a lot. Wanting to exchange the exact same item for a different color because the girl that color matched me when I purchase this item was off the color was too dark. Their policy is 60 days. Return I was off by three days and they were still not able to accommodate me. I felt the cashier had a smirk on her face. I requested on talking to the manager. And she also talk to me in a condescending voice, saying there is nothing she can do. And have a great day will not be returning to this site.

I'm usually not one to leave negative reviews because I know people can have off days, but the woman working the register on the night shift tonight was so rude, like it was a chore to help check us out for one item. I would highly recommend reevaluating the staff, it creates a hostile environment for customers. Hostile employees will only lead to less business in the future. The other employees I've had have always been so kind but the one with dyed red hair obviously enjoys having a hostile attitude. Yikes.

I do not recommend this Sephora at this kohl's. The older females working at this location are rude and gossip about people shopping there. As soon as they finish helping the customers they go up to each other and start to gossip about what customers were asking for help about products or how they are shopping. For a prestige company like Sephora, you would think they could train the people who talk to customers.

Every time I come here, it's empty but I still have to wait in line for like 20min! All the employees are always stocking shelves and one cashier. When I finally get to cashier they just talk amongst themselves making the check out longer! Every time!!!

Don't waste your time shopping here. While most of the staff iare helpful they are completely out of everything and the manager is a mask n**** Nobody has to wear them and Kohl's but as soon as you step foot into the open Sephora all the sudden apparently good covid will get you. Thank you for contributing to the problem. I forgot to mention that the displays are absolutely disgusting so don't so don't go near the make up or you might catch something.

I was delighted to walk into my Kohl's to find a full blown Sephora inside. Hair products, perfumes, makeup, skincare. While it is smaller than a mall-based Sephora, they do carry a lot of the product lines you find at those locations. The staff was very friendly and helpful without being overzealous or annoying. I'm thrilled this location is so close to me, and that I don't have to fight mall traffic (ugh, *eyeroll) to get the items I want and need. Today's haul included Moroccan Oil color depositing mask, and Ole Henriksen essentials set, a cream blush by Kaja (I haven't heard of this brand but the loved the tester results) and 2 Peace Out patches for wrinkles and pores. They take your Sephora Insider as well as their Kohl's Rewards. 10/10 will return.
