Repairs were done in a reasonable time, and looks great. Kristen and Merced were wonderful and they kept me updated.
Also, Gisela at the Auto Club was great, too ! All in all, things went smooth from start to finish.

I brought my car in to be checked out after someone hit my parked car. They said I would have to make an appointment to be inspected for the next day which I did. Merced checked my car and said he would have an estimate the next day. At the end of the next day I called to see if I could get the estimate and the woman at the desk said he was still working on it. By the third day, I had taken my car in to Athans in Covina and they took care of things immediately.
Schneider's did not seem to be interested in fixing my car. It seemed as if if was not a big enough job for them. It was unprofessional to never get back to me.

My bumper got really messed up in an accident, they fixed it right up. Had the car done sooner than they expected and kept me informed the entire time. Great guest service and car repairs.

Just wanted to give a big shout out to Seidners of glendora . I have to say I've been coming there for years for my trucks to get work done and the team at the glendora location has stepped up to the plate every time. Eddie and Merced have helped me with all my problems. I've never been to any other business in my life where I've been treated as well as I've been treated by these two guys they always greet me with a smile and a hand shake and they are very kind and professional Seidners is very lucky to have these guys they are an asset to your company.all other employees are very kind and professional as well! I can't say enough about this place ! It's very hard these days to find service like this any where this is why I will never go any where else to have my trucks serviced .
