Went for gas on July 8th..wait time wasn't too bad, maybe 12mins and used my scan and go at the pump.. for some reason, scan and go didn't work at the pump.. I heard the lady on the opposite side of me say hers didn't work neither. I no longer carry the actual card with me so I had to leave and go to Costco for their gas. 2nd time this has happened to me at this sams and one time for in store purchase with scan and go. I don't frequent this sams too often but man, it's frustrating.

Can't believe this
place couldn't supply mustard.very sad for charging high prices and they can't even supply the mustard for the hot dog's they sell.
Very sad.are we in CHINA NOW!!!?

Unfortunately I’m a Costco member now, but this location was my go to Sam’s club during college. I miss the pizza pretzel and their pizzas they were some of the best food I’ve ever had. The location had wonderful products and always restocked with new and interesting products that kept me coming back.

Loads of good prices on the food items we need. Always clean and organized. Too bad people are not able to see the cart return right behind them and they leave carts all over the walkway.

0 star year by year they keep discontinue on a lot good items like : 5 gum -red bull 16 z - coke and pepsi 2 liter - little debbie bakery - alkaline gallons - gatorade sport cap - poor club and center management dont waist your time to call the customer service there is no solution and no worth it to pay the renew fee

I have been calling the Glendora Sam's since Wednesday May 15th to place an order for my son's college graduation. We'll they're not answering. I do the dile directory which is 4 for bakery no answer. The only department answering is the tire shop. I explained to that department what was going on, they transferred me to the manager and of course no answer. I can explain to myself how a well known whole sales store like Sam's has phone lines that don't work. It's mind blowing. So now even if I walk inside the Sam's store it's too late to place an order from bakery for tomorrow ? I feel now it's not worth having this membership with Sam's.

I accidently renew my membership. I called to cancel and was told twice it will be refunded within 10 days.
I'm still waiting.
I called membership department to let them know I have not receive my refund, now I'm told I have to walk in to cancel my membership. They obviously don't know what they are doing. They have wasted my time and for this customer service sucks. If I could, I would give them a zero star.

What's up with the employees at the food court? Not friendly very rude. They look like they don't want to work.
