FALSE ADVERTISING!!! NO PREMIUM PAY FOR ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!They claim they pay extra and that's BULL**** FALSE ADVERTISING. from what I've hear. associates barely even get paid and hours get cut dramatically making the store incredibly difficult to shop in. Corporate thinks it's a smart idea to cut hours, have long lines and OUTSOURCE JOBS TO INDIA!!! YES THEY HAVE A GIANT STORE THAT IS PAID MIN WAGE WITH BARLY ANY WORKERS BUT OUTSOURCE OVER 100 JOBS TO INDIA LMAO!!!!!customers complain about the long lines and lack of workers but keep in mind management doesn't care about your complaint, they rather lie about pay and pay pennies to Indian workers across sea.UN-AMERICAN SCUM

Ordered the two tier succulent cake. 2 starts because it taste good. But I was really embarrassed to show up to my brother's house for my niece's sweet 16 with this cake. It was messy and ugly. Who ever decorated this cake was either in a really big hurry, drunk, or they just dont give a crap. There are supposed to be clean and tight floral type ruffles on the sides, not swivel ribbon lines of frosting. There are parts of cake visible in many spots, supposed to be cover with clean flat frosting. Very uneven, and sloppy. Crooked. Worst professional baked cake Ive ever seen come from Sam's. I was so embarrassed to show up with this cake! Never again!

The other day I enjoyed a Costco hot today . $1.50 for a dog and a drink; who can beat that? Today I took a chance and had a Sam's Club dog. Hold on, we have new contender. Sam's Club hot dog combo $1.38 . Hot Dog is a bit smaller but has that classic snap one looks for in a hot dog. Typical condiments available in packets including Parmesan cheese ( probably for the pizza but I like it on my dog). Unfortunately ordering is slower than Costco.

The gas at Sam's Club is frugally priced for members. The line for gas is fairly quick and paying with Sam's Club credit card is a fast pay process.

Very disappointed in Sam's Cub, Glendora. The parking is horrendous near the gas station. Very poor planning ! Then to top it off, I go to a live cashier because if I wanted to put items in a basket, take them out put them on the belt and put them back in my basket I would have gone to self-checkout, right?! The cashier tells me I have to put my items in the basket myself, that's the new policy. Then, because she finished ringing my items and I wasn't finished putting my items in the basket, she said she would finish while I paid. I reminded her of the new policy. Time to go to Costco, easier access to gas station and don't have to transfer my items.

If I could pay every dollar I make, I would if it meant all of these useless dog shyt managers were fired and sent back to the unemployment line where they belong. They don't deserve anything above minimum wage, because they basically sit there and do nothing. Why is it that the lines are so long and I have to continue to see them standing there doing nothing with their stupid little green vests. They literally stand there and pressure cashiers to sell credit cards, when they damn well could be doing it themselves while helping cashiers shorten the line. Any troglodyte with a 20 IQ could do their job, so I don't see why they are even needed. Fire them, and give more to the cashiers. Nothing more upsetting than overhearing a manager scold a cashier about credit cards, when they are the ones who get the benefits for selling.

I have been a member for over 20 years. Today we were purchasing items for a party, I was looking for the wonderful fresh sushi they usually have in a particular area, and I did not see it. I asked the kitchen worker that was restocking the Baja rolls if they carried the sushi anymore because it wasn't where it usually was and she actually told me that I need to look around first. Then she rudely pointed to where it was now located, we ended up going to Costco and Vons to do our shopping.

I visit this Sam's Club in Glendora whenever I want to get Smart Water or Nature Valley Wafers. That's pretty much it LOL. Okay sometimes I help my Mom buy some shampoos, mouthwash, and toothpaste. I have to say... they have the widest selection of snacks compared to Costco. This warehouse is clean and organized. Their food court area on the other hand isn't the tidiest. They need to work on that. The staff are usually friendly, but honestly, I don't encounter too many smilers though. They need to combine the scanning with a smile LOL. The only thing that I don't care for about Sam's Club is the limit on the coupons. Once you've purchased the max limit on an item, it is in the system and they know. Hence, you can't go back and get another round of goods plus discounts. Yes, I'm one of those LOL. Anyway, Costco doesn't keep track in their system... at least they haven't started doing so... hope it stays that way =). I noticed Sam's Club and Costco do carry different items. I know of people who have both memberships. I am a Costco member, but happens to have connections and am able to shop at Sam's Club at least for now LOL. Happy Shopping!

So I went to Sam's on 7/28 to do my shopping like usual. While cashing out this girl (an employee) walks up to my cashier and asks if she could go on break or go home cause she wasn't feeling well. This girl looked sick and looked like she was about to start bawling. Instead of having her wait a minute till she finished my transaction or just telling her yes go home or go on break she just switched spots with the sick girl and walked away leaving her to ring up and touch every single one of my items. Like covid and monkeypox WTF are you doing lady?! Also mind you the whole time they are standing right next to my toddler child in the shopping cart. It took everything in my power not to say something, I just grabbed my cart and pulled it to my side while they finished their conversation. I had to help the sick girl put the stuff in the cart cause I didn't want to put my kid back on the side with the clearly very sick girl. Half way through my transaction another employee walks by and she asks again if she could go and again NOTHING!!!!. It's very sad to me that this is the way you treat your employees and your customers in a time of covid and money pox. And I hope for that sick girl and all the customers around that you guys sent her home.

I love this place. Honestly, one of my favorite places to shop. You can also eat really cheap if you go to the food court. Most dollar menus and evaporated...Sam's Club still has it. There are seasonal items. The store's products are forever changing. I'm so happy I've become a member.
