I was doing last minute shopping, while I was getting last item this guy named mike approached to me and said we need to leave right now, he didn't explain due it was closing time or not even say please, I asked to speak to a manager and he replied he was the manager, I laughed so hard that I couldn't believe some one with Manager title could speak like that to a customer. Can any one on management coached mike how to talk to customers? It's unacceptable and embarrassing this kind of behavior on a such a beautiful wherehouse. people like mike called himself manager it's one of the manny reasons why there is a HUGE GAP ON CUSTOMERS SERVICE BETWEEN COSTCO and this Bussines, sams in Glendora made themselves the worse Customer Service in the area. sams management you can solve it asking for help to Costco Management how to bring up the Team Members low moral depressing level.

I like Sam's Club it isnt as packed as Costco. This location is clean and organized. I wish they have more vegan options. Be warned, their cakes are terrible! The cakes are extremely sweet. I ended up throwing away the whole cake. No one liked it and was able to eat it.

This place is unbelievable. I watched my pizza dry out on the heat lamp before they handed it to me. 30 min wait in line to then be told to wait to order. The people directly ignoring my request for help. Line of 15 people behind me after it started with one. Waited another 30 mins before asking about my pizza. They then looked over at the case in which they had had my cheese pizza sitting since I walked up and handed it to me. The pizza was there the whole time… quality pizza but cold and congealed…

Came to pick up my curbside order and 3 cars are parked in this area with nobody in them. They need somebody to tow away the cars if they're not picking up.

"Evenlyn" and "Trinity" in the Pizza Cafe/Food Court are exceptional outstanding employees! I was picking up 3 pizzas for a party and the line was so long that when I arrived at the register they were a few mins away from closing,(7pm) I didn't know they closed at 7 because the store closes at 8. They could have said "Nope, sorry we are closed! Like most people would have. But they didn't! Instead they said, "We are closing, But.. We will make these for you!" They are incredibly helpful, hard-working, awesome humans and wonderful examples. Thank you!

My favorite Sam's Club store. This store is very clean, organized and always fully stockedEmployees here are very helpful, friendly and professional. Prices are very affordable for name brand products and parking is plentiful in the large parking lot

All I wanted was a cheap lunch. There was one person working the register AND handing out orders. There was also approximately 8 people waiting for whole pizzas, which had to be cooked because there was only two to three pizza makers. As consumers, we expect a little bit of customer service because we are spending our hard earned money at the establishment, but as members who opt to pay for the membership, we expect more professionalism, more efficient staff and at least a semblance of trying to accommodate your members by being more efficient and getting food orders out and processed. One cashier from the main lines or any other employee could've recognized this deficiency and stepped up, but waiting for one slice of pizza and a soda for over 20 minutes is ridiculous. I don't know how you pay people here, but the level of customer service and customer satisfaction was almost nonexistent that a few left. Costco at least has multiple cashiers, multiple people processing both the single orders and the large ones. Apparently the Walmart level of customer service bleeds over to Sam's club and will definitely play a part in whether I renew my membership or at least go to the cafe here at Glendora.

I really enjoy shopping at this Sam's Club in Glendora. Of course, there are bargain prices and a great selection, but the best thing about this Sam's is its employees. If I have a question, they patiently stop what they are doing and answer it fully. I would like to especially recognize the great service and attitude of Monica. Today (June 26, 2023) there was a long line starting to form at two registers. Monica immediately opened up a third register, much to our relief. It is so nice when someone goes out of their way to make your day easier. Thank you, Monica! ps. I also told your supervisor how great your are, Monica.

PLEASE hire a manger who knows how to efficiently run a fast food restaurant. The lines for the hotdog and pizza lines just don't move. There seems to be no priority or system in place to expedite orders I stood in line for at least 30minutes with at least 30 other people to order.. Then was sent to another line for food pick up only to wait another 15 minutes. While in line I heard so many other complaining they used the on line order app, Ordered their food when they first walked into Sam's. Did all their shopping and food was still not ready. Frozen food melting while they waited for food ordered over 20-40 minutes earlier!!! So the on line order option is clearly not the answer unless it is properly run and adds to even more frustration. I don't blame the employees who seem just as frustrated and overwhelmed being bombarded with complaints from frustrated customers regularly. There is a system problem that needs to be completely redone. I hope someone in upper management reads the reviews and takes the initiative to better the experience. It can't be impossible with so few food items! How do In and Out and so many other very busy food service restaurants do it? You are loosing customers who may come in for a quick bite and end up shopping. Everyone knows it's almost impossible to walk into Sam's club and not leave at least $200 lighter. Sam's club. Please fix this!

I went to self check out and when I tried to finish my transaction it was telling me that the card was declined not once but twice. Both times had me enter my pin I leave the items because it prints out this tiny receipt and tell me why when I leave I check my bank to figure out what happened it shows to transactions at Sam's so the items were paid for. I call corporate and they state oh okay but that's a store issue not ours I can't imagine the amount of costumers who don't check there accounts and don't know there getting charged twice call the store they stated there aware of the situation and they have been having issues about this happening to come in and see what they can do about my refund.

The customer service at this store is terrible! If you call to ask about the return policy they will give you one story, when you show up to the store the will give you another story and not return your product. Management at this store is borderline incompetent and excessively rude to long time customers. There are other locations with better customer service and competent staff.

FALSE ADVERTISING!!! NO PREMIUM PAY FOR ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!They claim they pay extra and that's BULL**** FALSE ADVERTISING. from what I've hear. associates barely even get paid and hours get cut dramatically making the store incredibly difficult to shop in. Corporate thinks it's a smart idea to cut hours, have long lines and OUTSOURCE JOBS TO INDIA!!! YES THEY HAVE A GIANT STORE THAT IS PAID MIN WAGE WITH BARLY ANY WORKERS BUT OUTSOURCE OVER 100 JOBS TO INDIA LMAO!!!!!customers complain about the long lines and lack of workers but keep in mind management doesn't care about your complaint, they rather lie about pay and pay pennies to Indian workers across sea.UN-AMERICAN SCUM
