Honestly the reviews scared me so bad, but I just went here today and it was very easy to check in. Although, be mindful to make an appointment by calling their number. You enter the building and make a left and go all the way down. You sign in with an electronic device. I got there 15 minutes in advance and got called minutes after I checked in. Only thing I wish was possible is being able to talk to a human on the phone beforehand. They have their number but only gives automated responses. Andrea was a great phlebotomist and I barely even felt the needle going in. Good job overall keep it up :)

I had a wonderful experience. Mike was so professional and kind. He knows that I hate blood, so he comforted me and I was in an out....thanks Mike for being so kind and gentle.

Very disappointed took my nephews to get blood work done for school Mike was very rude treated us as if he was doing the job for free he should be more professional when speaking to patients.

I read a lot of reviews about this place and thought I was in for a bad experience. I made an appointment to get my blood drawn for work and I was in and out in less than ten minutes. It is self check in but it's pretty simple. I didn't catch the man's name but he was polite and quick. Based on my experience today I would go back. They do have a sign on the wall that points to their office. It's the last office straight back on the first floor.

In regards to the many comments about walk ins. The facility operates by appointments. I had a discussion with one the phlebotomists, the "bald one" referenced in many reviews. He's a decent guy from my short experience but I cannot speak in regards to how he treats other patients. The wait time as a walk in is variable. If you have only an hour of time to wait then it might be best to schedule an appointment online. I was able to fit in after a 45 minute wait only because no one was in the waiting room and the next appointment didn't show up. It is usually 1 phlebotomists for 6 appointments per hour. That means 1 minutes per person. Even 1 add on an hour drops the minutes per person to ~8.5. It's unreasonable. Blame Quest, not the phlebotomists.

Just got here and already regretting my decision to come to this location. First off, there are no obvious signs to the Quest office. You assume based on suite number 124, that they are on the first floor but if you look at some of the other suite numbers, they don’t exceed 110, so I thought they might be on another floor. The main sign showing all offices implies the same. Why group random suites from the 100’s to the 400’s on the same plaque? 3rd plaque by the way. Thank goodness I saw the tiny little sign before taking the elevator.Anyway, the main reason for my issue was the customer service or lack there of. What an attitude. It’s too early to be grumpy. So I didn’t have my physical insurance card and physical doctor’s order. It’s 2023 and I prefer to save the tree and use technology. I never needed them before, but this one had an issue with it and asked for my credit card even though the order and insurance information was in the computer as it is every year for the past 10 years.Definitely going back to Covina next time. Worth the extra drive.

Kiosk only, no counter staff. They offer walk in service but in reality it's not going to happen. First in line for walk in for over two hours, no progress. When the phlebotomist finally popped his head out, he was extremely rude and condescending. He said he was the only one there and wouldn't give any estimate of wait times. He also yelled at several other patients for not properly completing check in instead of assisting them. They used to be so much better than this.

I had gone to my Dr's office and got poked twice and they couldn't find a vein so I had to leave. I walked into quest and was seen quickly. Alma did my draw and it was the easiest and quickest blood draw I've ever had! She was awesome. From now on I'll be coming here for lab work.

Walk-ins, I get it. But it opens at 6:30 if no appointments have showed up they should take walk-ins. Right when they open door, told they won't see walk-ins. Simply rude..

Came to my daughters appointment that I made on their website. Came in tried to log in with their Kiosk with a confirmation code that was provided at the time of scheduling the appointment. Entered code and no appointment was scheduled than I entered my child's name and got the same thing. No one was in the front, I had to ask their phlebotomist Mike and he checked his speed sheet and no appointment was set while this was happening three additional people came in with the same problem. So clearly their website as a glitch, I understand it's not the phlebotomist fault for the technical difficulties, however he made it seem we were all idiots and their was nothing he can do. When I ask him can I speak to the person in charge he said theirs no one here! I did get the name of his manager. I hade to take a day off from work thinking we had an appointment. So make sure you screen shot everything the confirmation code with the date,location and time. Good luck!!

Been back 3 times to bring urine sample, tried to make appointment, no luck , tried phone ,and on line no luck, will never go back there again, why make appointment to bring back sample the whole system is broke, fix it

Their automated phone system is useless! Press 1 for fax number and hours, nothing! It just takes you back where you started! Press 6 for assistance, NOTHING!!! Useless and frustrating!!

Here I am again at Quest. I was unable to make an appointment online. Every date, location, and time says not available so I came in to ask for help. I was greeted with why would you come in here without an appointment. I said the website isn't working and asked for help. The healthcare worker said she couldn't help and literally slammed the door in my face! You would expect the worker to at least provide a customer service number. We waited and finally got in. My last review was about an worker aggressively speaking in a patient's face saying it takes about a half an hour and the patient was arguing that it takes a few minutes. We were done in less than 5 minutes! We had that guy! The rude one! The one complaining about how long it takes. I do not recommend going to this place.

There’s about 5 people waiting here, no one upfront. Self check in, I haven’t seen anyone come up front once. So I guess we the patient run the front. I wasn’t able to make an appointment but the kiosk says they’ll see me at about 1250 it was 9 am. I’m fasting! You guys are drawing blood for good sake! And the people keep rolling in. What’s happened to this place?
