The absolute worst experience working with this body shop understand the nag tube reviews are bad for a reason, I have had multiple opportunities to work with them and every time after the first was horrible from extremely poor communication to overall poor workmanship. I have never seen a body shop so poorly run, they have exotic cars they post in their IG to promote those cars they do decent but on everyday daily drivers I had more issues waiting months for my car to be delivered to me and when it was it came out with even worse issues than when it went in. I even had some of my aftermarket parts missing from my vehicle after it had been sitting in their shop for months. I couldn't want anyone enough to stay away the negative comments are legit. I regret ever giving them my time and money. Stay far away not worth the headaches.

Besides the fact that my insurance took forever to approve things for my vehicle. Precision did an amazing Job on my car! I couldn’t have done it with Oscar’s help , and Alex for going above and beyond to find my parts for my vehicle. The wonderful ladies that called me back with updates. I will definitely recommend this shop and will go come back again.

Insurance took so long to approve parts on my vehicle. Precision did a really good job I’m so happy with the results. Customer service was great I would definitely go back again. 100% recommended.

I was sent to this place by my insurance and let me tell you the worst experience I have ever had. I never received updates on my car and every time I called to get an update the person in charge was never in and I was told I would get a call back. They had my car over a month and just for an estimate and fender fix. Wow I can’t believe it. Never again I will let the insurance pick outside shop especially this one. Seems like they don’t know what they are doing and just bad customer service. They also wanted to fix something I already fixed before I took it to them. Trying to milk my insurance. So frustrating

They dnt do a good work took my truck because they messed up on the paint the side the body side molding they didnt even change it its the broken one they charged the insurance for it and atill had the audacity to say we are not paying insurance is I wouldn't even give them a star

Only place I can trust with my vehicle. The owner Oscar is absolutely amazing, if something isn’t to my liking when I get my car back he will fix it and make it right no problem. Any issues during the time he has my car he always fixes and corrects. He also got my insurance to pay for an aftermarket install on one of my vehicles and gave me a couple tows after hours. He cares about all his clients and expect to provide the best customer service possible. I will 100% always recommend this shop to friends and family. Do not go anywhere else, this guy will take care of your car and fix it to factory standards. Plus he fights insurance to make sure all the correct factory parts are put on your vehicle to insure your safety. Thank you Oscar for all your help and your continued help!

Absolutely never go to this place. It is a nightmare working with them. I got in an accident on Christmas, and it took them over a month to mark the car as totaled. On top of that, they added ridiculous charges with super high prices to the bill that had to be worked out with my insurance (this took days). They said it would take days for them to issue the refund for the original check for repairs to my insurance, when they should be able to do so right away (especially since they claim they could tell the car was totaled right away when they first looked at it). They never answer the phone and will not call you back. Take your car somewhere else.

I was involved in an accident and my insurance agent referred me to Precision Autocraft Center! I appreciate how much they communicated with me through this process especially with lots of auto parts taking a little longer than usual to be shipped to start the repairs. The whole team made the whole process of getting my car fixed so much easier than I thought. My car looks good as new! I definitely recommend bringing your car here and want to thank Precision Autocraft Center for being so helpful during the entire process!!

These guys are the best, they move fast and efficiently. They know all the bull that insurance companies pull and our delays weren’t because of the shop. Our ATV’s were restored like new. Our Canams 4 seater and 2 seaters were fixed quickly and had the best quality and experience here.
