I really like this Postal Annex, Sherry helped me, she is really nice and very helpful. She took care of everything with my package in a timely manner. I would recommend this location, it's clean inside and really great customer service. Thank you Sherry for the great customer service

If you want the staff to discuss the documents you are trying to scan to your email. This is the place, they don't understand that some paperwork is private.

This is a great place to rent a UHaul truck! The owner did an outstanding job of taking my reservation and having my rental available right on time. I will definitely be using their services again when needed. I had called several other local UHaul rentals and none of them were available and/or had the right size truck for me. Plus, this business does a great job of supplying your shipping and printing needs. Friendly atmosphere too! Highly recommend!

Incredible company and staff. Well stocked in everything one needs. Quick when the lines form and friendly even when being yelled at by some nutty locals. Mike is the greatest.

TL;DR: $1/lb for shredding services. Can't complain. I called to confirm they offer paper shredding services.Lady said it was $2/lb (which I was fine with honestly), and when I came in with my bag, she said it was actually $1/lb. She said she was glad to have more to do on a slower day with the rain. I was in and out in less than two minutes, and I paid cash. They're amicable and quick.I'll be going here from now on next time if I let my mail get a little unruly, but this place can save you time if you have a busy day.

Michael and Sherry are always pleasant and professional. I do not understand people that post reviews on not wearing a mask. Your opinion and your entitled to it so go somewhere else. You don't post bad reviews on not wearing masks. These business always goes out of there way to do the best job. I have rented UHaul also and its the easiest process with them ever. You can even return the truck after hours. You guys are the greatest. Thanks again.

They lost my passport...how are you expected to trust them with your items if they can't even be trusted with government documents. Had my passport sent here since I'm not home during the day and waited for the 11 week mark to call the Passport Agency, just for the Passport agency to tell me it delivered over a month ago and I never received it whenever I went to pick up my mail several times the last month. Called them and they're claiming they don't have it despite Passport Agency confirming it was received. I put the address down correctly and everything...how the heck do you guys lose a passport? Now i have to submit a whole new form and wait even longer for a passport that I already waited long enough for. Disappointed in their service here, they made no efforts to reassure me that they would find or even tell me they would look for it despite it being in their hands for the last month. This also isn't the first time they've lost my items. I ordered several Christmas gifts last year including expensive shoes and they lost those for several weeks before they finally called me to report that they had found them. Would rather just have stuff mailed to my house at this point. Rather deal with porch pirates than bad customer service and disorganization. Disappointed too because my mom has been using this place for years but it has seriously gone downhill in the last 3 years.

I liked this place for months. Recently, though, several incidents made me uncomfortable. I went last week - but it was empty. I said, "Hello!" several times. Nobody came. So I left and returned later. ... and Michael hugged me after my transaction. Again. It is one of those things that made me uncomfortable, but not enough to make a public scene. He hugged me the last three times I visited. I considered telling him to stop. Yet it would be awkward to return to a place of business after establishing a professional boundary for which he should already adhere. You should not initiate hugs with clients. Once I suspected the place smelled like marijuana, but I cannot be sure.

Rented a U-Haul truck from this location and the staff was friendly, helpful and I was in and out in a few minutes. Glad I chose this location to rent a truck. Michael made the process easy and quick.

I will not be returning to the PostalAnnex+. Upon entering the shop, I noticed the employee was not wearing a mask. I was able to drop off a stamped envelope for USPS but the employee was not able to help me ship a small package internationally without an exorbitant cost. Very strange. He worked very slowly and also made an odd comment about the pandemic and that's when I left. After that I went to the post office. They were able to help me ship the package and for much less money than what the PostalAnnex+ quoted me. I don't recommend this business.
