So, as novices to home renovation and all things plumbing, we were seeking education & answers to lots of questions. The guys here really know their stuff, took their time with explaining things to us & were kind enough to even print specs on a couple items "just in case." They weren't looking to make a sale, but rather be perfectly helpful & thats exactly what they were!

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff,my kitchen sink was clogged so my wife calls a plumber when he came and seen that some of the piping needed replacing he said he didn't have time for a job like that at the moment and it would probably be in the hundreds to repair not like just running a snake through it and it's clear and wouldn't be able to get to it till a couple days when he left I didn't know what else to do but started taking the piping off myself it looked pretty self explanatory took the old parts to PWO and the gentleman that helped me got me exactly what I needed and everything fit perfect with no leaks it was a success all parts was less than 40 bucks I do believe I saved myself from hundreds if I agreed to plumber and it would've been days later Thanks again PWO

I'm not a plumber but I needed a water heater and a friend advised me to go to a plumbing supply instead of a big box store, and I'm very glad I did.Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, and the high quality and ability to provide warranty parts if needed are why the pros shop here.

Anyone complaining that Home Depot has better prices, no duh. Go to Wal Mart then. PWO is the best. Been going here 20+ years.

Came in the store looking for a part I wasn't able to find at any other stores. RJ was super helpful. He helped me find the exact part I needed, provided a list of part numbers I was not able find myself and even helped me save some $$. He went above and beyond. I appreciate him, he made my job a lot easier.

I'm a general contractor in Covina.I like to stop there and pick up parts because it is usually very quick.Although I noticed my receipt on abs fittings, bought qty 1. 4x4x3& qty 1, 4x4x2 sanitary tee.There price was $97.00.Lowes and home depot was $40.00Called Pwo and they said there was nothing they could do.Will never shop there again.Mark Owner of Trademark Constructio

Marco was a big help, from the moment I walked in I was welcomed. I needed to purchase a delta faucet stem to repair. I also purchased some plumbers grease and pumice rock. I am a facilities technician and for all my plumbing supply needs this is going to be my spot. Thanks PWO....

Not impressed with this place. Went in needing a simple handle for a Moen sink. Young man behind the counter did not even know what type of faucet the part came off of. He said "I've never seen a handle like that". Spoke to a plumber that happen to be in the store. He guided me to Home Depot. Order the part got it within a couple of days. If it's a plumbing outlet they probably should have people who know about plumbing working the store.
