Very unprofessional told me to meet them at 11, then came to the store at 11 nobody is at the store even tho they are open Monday thru Friday 11-6 and then they tell me to just come 1:30 at Ontario which I still agreed then they tell me they won’t send me an address tilll later and not even good with their timings or responses, my advice don’t make the drive for that store they will cancel on you

After dealing with a moisture warning on my Samsung Galaxy S23 all day long I stopped by here on the way home from work in hopes of getting the problem resolved. Fifteen seconds later I was sent merrily on my way with my problem solved. The man working there was able, using a very thin tool, to clean out my USB-C port and eliminate the issue entirely. If I ever find myself in this situation again I know right where to go.

Horrendous experience, stay away! I purchased a phone in June while I was traveling in California visiting family. Two days later the phone screen went dark. I mailed the phone from Austin Texas to get it fixed and it's now November 18th and never got my phone back from them. They refused to refund my money, mail my phone and to add insult to injury the guy I was dealing with thought it would be a smart idea to make fun of a typo stating I was filling a formal complaint.

I was told that my screen repair would be a next day service. They asked to keep my phone since it would be "faster". Well the next day when it was due to be ready they said it wasn't and that id have to wait an additional day. Then, the following day, it was the same thing. I dropped off my phone on Monday, I couldn't pick up my phone till thursday. They didn't even offer compensation for taking so long. My phone was also given to me with 4% battery. If it wasn't for the very sweet employee, then I would've given myself a discount and left. But I didn't want to put him in the middle. He was the only reason I'm giving two .

I brought my phone in for repair. Sal took my phone and tried to update it. It failed just like it had for me at home. He then said it's probably the battery but didn't have one in stock. He asked me to leave my phone and would replace the battery the next day. I called the next day a couple times to see if it was fixed or not. The phone number went to voicemail but the mailbox was full. Someone called me back and said the battery is expected at 2:30. So I said ok great, call me when it's ready. They never called so I called a couple more times but got the same voicemail. The net day I called 8-10x getting the same voicemail and no call backs. I drove over at 5:15 PM (they close at 6:30 PM) and the doors were locked with the open sign turned off. I sat outside the door for an hour and called another 10x out of frustration. I met over there again the next day at 2 PM. Someone else was working but knew nothing about my phone or if it was repaired. I just asked to have it back and walked out. This place is a joke. Do not ever bring your phone here but if you do don't ever leave it with them out of our sight.

I was reffered to The Phone Brokers by a friend being that I was in a pinch and broke my phone. I spoke to the owner Sal who took the entire burden of stress I had, having no working phone. He assured me that it would be fixed quickly and gave me the best quote I've gotten after a 3 day search for a solid company to do the repair. Sal, Marcus & Alex provide the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. They really strive to make sure each customer is thoroughly satisfied. I will be recommending everyone I know to this shop they are definitely the best around!

The customer service doesn't exist at this establishment. I took my Galaxy ultra to get fixed after the screen was cracked. The day that the parts were supposed to be in was delayed by a few days. They didn't call me I had to go down there and ask about it because they don't answer there phones. So finally I got it repaired and now the camera doesn't work correctly. The camera is malfunctioning and there response is probably because they had to change out the mother board as well as the screen. The guy said come down Sat and we can fix it again. I came down Sat and the store was closed. I gave up they don't call you back and now my phone is coming apart (separating) I just took the loss and will end up getting a new phone. I wasted so much time and money over the 30 days of going back and forth with this business. I'm thinking of filing a small claims case for my 300.00 due to you can't get away from ripping off people. If you want crappy work and crappy service then this is your place to go and get your stuff fixed.

Definitely recommend, came in with screen completely cracked screen, black spots. Alex was very helpful! And they have the best pricing, completely fixed in 15 minutes. Come get you phones fixed!
