I was experiencing difficulties with the purchase of a few textbooks. The Owl Bookstore employees, moreso the manager were all very kind also helpful. It was very nice to have such great service.

Today I went in to buy a scantron and a bluebook for my econ class, upon walking in I get told to put my backpack in the cubby before getting my items the people who walkwd in at the same time as me asked "do i have to put my bag up there?" And she says no only him, at this point I feel very targeted by how I look, because I am a hispanic (with a moustache and beard.) They assumed I was going to steal something and racially profiled me, the lady who racially profiled me was a young black lady with attitude, I assume shes a student here. And btw ive shopped here more than 50 times, not once has someone told me to put my bag in the back because I "LOOK" like I'm going to "steal something" smh get better people!
