We had been looking for a mattress for about two months. We came in not expecting to buy just to get price quotes. Bill took the time to explain each individual mattress and had great knowledge on quality and longevity. We had a certain budget and he was able to find a mattress that met our needs. He made multiple phone calls while still being able to attend to other customers but we didn’t feel unattended. His customer service skills show he is a great salesman and he made us feel comfortable about the buying process. We walked out with a mattress that we love at a price we can afford. Thank you Bill for all your help.

My wife and I walked in about 20 minutes to closing, not only did Bill share his expertise on different types of mattresses he also went above and beyond calling 3 different locations to get us the mattress we wanted. We walked away as happy customers, thank you Bill for staying later than closing to help us!

We arrived to the ortho mattress store close to closing but Bill welcomed us right away with a smile. He was very attentive the entire visit despite there being a few other customers. He made sure to make everyone feel welcomed and heard. After going through all the options he was able to find us an incredible deal, exactly what we were looking for. He was kind throughout. Really appreciated his time.
