I would love to say thank you thank you thank you to the young man who helped take a look at my car when my engine light came on and he used the OD reader thingy and also check my oil.... I did not have any cash on me to give him a tip and I felt so bad when I was driving off......if I'm ever that way again I definitely will bring him something...... what a nice young man.....he just seemed happy to be a help no matter what......... They are lucky to have him as an employee as he really truly cares......I go to O'Reilly's often for car items and this one will always be a good memory..... Route 66 and a nice helpful person on the road.Again thanks.

My car was low on coolant. I went to O’Reilly on Rt 66 , Glendora. Having recently been widowed, I knew nothing about this. Noah helped me get the right coolant and even poured it in for me.Thank you so much, Noah!

The old staff and manager were professional and efficient. Archie has zero people skills and less personality than a mop. Went to get a battery swapped out. Left me outside for an hour with my old battery disconnected, only to ultimately tell me he couldn't remove the old battery due to rust. When I told him that he should have just told me that up front instead of letting me sit there waiting he looked at me with a blank stare. As d*** as a box of rocks and lacking basic communication skills. Just go to AutoZone down the street who had my batter swapped out in less time than it took Archie to shuffle his fossil self out from the back office.

My wife and I went to this store location on a Saturday, in late July. When we walked in we heard loud profanity music playing on the speakers. Because of the loud music, no one heard us walk in. Minutes later a young lady with a black shirt and black yoga pants came and asked to help us. My wife asked about the loud music which seemed to get young lady offended. My wife then asked for the manager, the same young lady that had very thin yoga pants, claimed to be the manager there. Such a shame someone that is in management position is allowed to treat their customers like that and dress how ever they want. I even asked her if they had a dress code, she replied with “I am the manager here sir, I can dress how I want!”The only reason why I am adding a two star review because of my history with O’Reillys. But never again will I come back.
