Gary and Anthony provided a time estimate since our tire was a special size and would need to be delivered that morning.No problem on our end, we took a nice 10 minute stroll to get coffee down Route 66. “Yo, so I read the reviews and decided to give this shop a try. The service there is legit, man. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful, not like some people who just sit there on their phones and chew gum all day. They saved me a ton of time and hassle compared to that Tesla service center. I've seen some clowns complaining about this place, but trust me, this guy is just trying to make a living. If you don't like the service, go somewhere else. But remember, there are places like Midas and Firestone who will rip you off even worse. I can't stand people who are unfair. This guy and his team are awesome.”

“Johnny is the Best Customer Service Manager that this company has ever hired. I choose to bring my car here due to the excellent and attentive customer service that is offered across the board with the entire team.
Johnny is Always friendly, professional, knowledgeable , kind, and goes out of his way to investigate issues before giving advice. I have saved my car due to his knowledge and though the oil prices are higher so is the rest of the world so we have to give reviews on the team not the prices.
The team works together cohesively to solve problems. They are always out in the shop, never hiding like some other locations locally.
They handle rude customers with grace , as we know people can come in impatient . I have witnessed first hand “ corporate” inspections where a very rude younger male individual was not very kind to Johnny and it was right at opening , he was very disrespectful and degrading to Johnny and Johnny was serving the customers very systematically and I was one of them . He was very kind in response and it was very hot that week! So I spoke to another corporate inspector at another visit and put in a good word for Johnny and his team. They deserve to be recognized, given a team shout out, a bonus or raise. They are a top notch operation and deserve to be treated with respect.

“My name Linda and I own a business in the city of San Dimas. As a business owner my vehicles often need repair and for years have been taking it to the wrong mechanics. In 2023, I took my delivery van to Purrfect Auto in the city of Glendora and met Brandon. He was able to diagnosis the problem with my van, which many other mechanics could not do for a year and only drained me for money repairing other unnecessary things. Brandon was able to fix the issue at a reasonable cost and explained everything he had fixed including returning the old parts that were replaced. Just last week, I took my van to him as the air conditioner was not working and he once again diagnosed and repaired it at half the fraction of what a previous mechanic had told me. Brandon was very honest and told me that I did not need to replace the air condition condenser as I was previously told. All the van needed at this time was much less than what the previous mechanic had misinformed me. I am extremely happy with Brandon and his associates as they are honest and respectful people, who do not like to take advantage of their customers. I will highly recommend them for any service your vehicle might need and will continue being a loyal customer.”

“This a great place to drop my vehicle's, while I shop for my weekly needs. Other times I drop off 1 of my vehicle's to get serviced done on it. I get picked up then I get dropped off minutes or sometimes hrs after I am notified that the service is complete. The wait is long but I don't mind that. I am always greeted with great customer service. They offer their specials when they have any available. I almost always take on that special since I'm already in and my vehicle's might be in need of”
