Im a first time homebuyer and Im here to talk not only about professionalism but how much they care! We had a family tragedy and the extra care that was shown to my family and I will never be forgotten. Tim was, and still is, such a delight to work with. He made buying a home so easy when it came to all of the confusing paperwork that I personally dread. He was available by phone when I needed him and still answers all of my silly questions whenever I have them and eases my mind. Tim and his team are the best! We were working with another lender, we were actually in escrow, and before closing they would not lower the rate even though the market was 1 point below at that time. We ended up moving to the Manfro team, and we got a much lower rate, a much better deal, easier and faster process overall. We would recommend them to anyone! Thank you guys, we love our new home!
