Mood was a life saver! My engine light suddenly turned on after a long drive from San Francisco to LA and no one would see me because it was 5pm on a Saturday, but he happily took me in and checked to see what was wrong without even charging for the inspection. His service was friendly, honest, and well-informed! He was great in educating me about what happened with my car (Toyota Prius) and even went above and beyond to provide a great experience for me as a customer. You can tell he really cares about his clients and knows his craft.

I would not recommend nobody to them I took my car in the middle of June to get my transmission done they kept my car for 4 weeks and gave me a f***** up transmission and when I kept going down there they kept on bullshiting me so they got 600.00 frm me and now they dont wanna answer they phones so it's small claims court to sue cause they f***** me over bad mood was never there and his son was not even there all the time and the other guy Hanson dont now what he doin they need real mechanics that now how to fix car problems

Don't go here! Young guy is too busy with his social life to really care about your vehicle needs. The owner makes false promises and they rip you off. The only good person here is the mechanic. Only honest person here.

These guys are crooks. I was charged over $600 dollars for fuel pump replacement that was never done. Please read similar complaints against this repair shop at the Better Business Bureau to see for yourselves.

They are absolutely amazing, life savers!!! I had a flat tire on a Sunday a few months ago & though I had to wait until Monday but this place was open! I got another nail in my car after work and though I was going to have to wait until the following morning since it was 7:30pm and most places are closed! I called and let them know I was on my way if they can please wait or me and they did! They are very professional and helpful, Thank you so much! Thank You!

6pm Got a nail stuck in my tire and was leaking, No shops were open but Moods auto service! Tire was patched up nicely and I was able to make it to my 10pm shift! Thank your so much Moods auto service!

Best customer service I’ve ever experience. I got a flat tire on the freeway and it was 15min to their closing time. We called and asked if they would wait for us. We are not from the area and they waited for us with no questions asked. With in an hour my car was ready to go. Thank you for helping us, We greatly appreciate it!

It was 30 minutes from closing, we were 2 miles away. Called the shop, owners said stop by and were able to help! Keep in mind we are not from the area and they got us back on the road in 20 minutes!

I got a flat tire on a wednsday night and mood signature was the only place open that would help me out. They took me in last minuet and had a tire for my 2006 corvette that nobody else had in the area. I was on my way within an hour and i came back that weekend for 4 new tires. Good people and very fair price. Ill be coming back along with everyone else i know that need car Maintenance.
