As you can see from other reviews, you already know this is an awesome place to shop at. We met the store manager, Jose. He is amazingly knowledgeable and professional. He is also very friendly and makes suggestions based on your needs and not on what would get him the biggest sale.We have learnt so much about mattresses through him even in such a short period of time.Overall, great products that come with a solid warranty, and many options to pay for the product.

I bought a Serta firm mattress which is advertised as compatible with adjustable base which I also bought. After about a year, my lower back issue worsened and I got an MRI image showing a disc bulging.I checked the mattress and the line across the mattress where the adjustable base goes up is sagging. This sagging led to my lower back issue and its still worsening after submitting several warranty claims on this.I will update this review accordingly but so far I am extremely dissatisfied with their service. They rejected my previous claim just because I took the photo of the sagging mattress on its base.I had to get help (due to my back issue) to bring it down on the floor just to take their excuse away.

Thank you to the general manager who works at this location! He was so knowledgeable and helped my mom buy a mattress fitted exactly to her needs. My mom hates shopping but enjoyed this experience any question she asked was answered and to top off the experience he gave us some generous incentives. Andy, an employee in the Mattress Firm in Glendora, CA, was fantastic! Super helpful, and not pushy at all. He answered all of our questions directly and our buying process a breeze. He also worked with us to get us the best deals on what we wanted. We would absolutely shop here again!
