If I could give a lower review I would. As others have said worst customer service I have ever had. While waiting in line the associates barely acknowledge you and take forever getting the line down. Other associates literally just watch the line grow! It got to the point people where people were just leaving. Waited almost 20 minutes in line to checkout when there was only one person ahead of me. Shitty store manager with shitty employees. Would immediately fire most of them.

This review is for Evan Gregory (geek squad)A few weeks ago I ordered an SD card online to use for my Go pro hero 11 & drone DJI mavic 3 classic not knowing at the time that I'm not supposed to share media from both devices otherwise leads to issues well that's exactly what ended up happening leading me to make an appointment with geek squad to help me format my SD card. He was unsuccessful to fix it since I have total tech said he could replace it free of cost. Before he did that offered me a significantly better sd card which i agreed to at only a 6$ difference out of pocket. I ended up getting two SD cards one for each device and offered tips for my newly purchased drone. Although this is not the closest Best Buy to me I will always prioritize coming here because of their superb customer service I didn't feel as if I was "just a customer" I felt like if I was a member of their team it he went above and beyond to help my unfortunate situation. Him and Alex Cardenas were both very helpful and understanding you can tell they take pride in their work and are eager to help any person who walks in with needing help questions or concerns. Both this location, and this company are a nightmare. I have a long-standing business account where we pay a membership fee for extended protection, plans, price matching, etc. Best Buy occasionally has deals that make it a good place to shop.However, the customer service, delivery and geek squad coordination is positively abysmal. I have ordered TVs/monitors for delivery and installation and had Best Buy edit or cancel my delivery appointment the day before multiple times. Each time I cleared my schedule to accommodate the delivery. They literally could not care less about the inconvenience it caused.I recently bought a large expensive item for delivery. After purchasing, I needed to change the delivery to a different location. I made no less than three calls to customer service and two in-store visits over a three week period. Believe it or not, this gigantic multi million dollar company could not figure out how to change the location address. I'm not kidding I literally had to cancel the order.This is a place to buy a TV on Black Friday or for the tax refund sale and nothing else.

If you're interested in buying a new television, Michael Napaliatano (hope I spelled his name right) is the person to help you. He's extremely knowledgeable about televisions and corrected what I had been told by another representative at a different Best Buy store. I really appreciated the service he provided.

get help right away with the lady in the appliances area. She checked the inventory as soon as I gave the model and SKU number. She also told me the prices and patiently find out the difference. She even went with me to the front cashier to ask this person to recheck the stock until confirmed. He asked other employee to verify and bring the product up. As the item arrived, he didn't mind to find me the cart so we can put it in.The product is just a microwave but I appreciated for the good service.

Last week, my Wife and I called Best Buy and ordered some things to be delivered and installed next week. Today, my Wife was finalizing everything when she realized Best Buy had a previous address in the system for us. I called and talked to someone, and he seemed very confused, as he tried to back out the order and correct our address. He said I would need to come in to the store to finish fixing the problem. I came in tonight, and Tristan helped. From the beginning, he did everything to correct the issue. In the end, he ended up helping us save money that I hadn't expected. He solved our problem in fairly short order. Tristan was very friendly and helpful. We've always liked Best Buy and have had some big purchases from there. This situation was not entirely their fault, but I was very satisfied with the way it was resolved.

Went there today and had a bit of a hiccup with my order, the manager Tristan came to help. He thought outside of the box and was able to help with my matter. He demonstrated his leadership role to his staff and really showed that he values his customers time and business.

I don't recommend this buy. There are tons of workers standing all over but none seem to be able to help me. They ignore you when you say excuse me and they act like it's my fault I'm asking them a question. I asked the cashier where a product was they literally simply said "Xbox area" Wow. Worst customer service. Check your cameras for around 7pm and watch several groups of disgruntled customers waiting for assistance. Watch how everyone around gives an attitude. You guys are lucky we even bought what we had in our hands.

Kni I think was his name He was so profesional and excellent Costumer service! This is the first Best Buy that Someone actually helped me to buy a new phone Without any issue and complications. Super fast. Got there at 6:00pm and leave at 6:30 With a new phone. He explained everything clear And He was super helpful!

So today I went into the store to purchase some Apple AirPods. However, you only can get them at checkout or even look at them in check out. So I went to check out and there was a big line and I didn't even know if they even had them. They only had one cashier working which meant, I had to wait in line for 30 minutes just to see if they even have them in stock. So I left ordered them online through the Apple store and I'm picking them up in Pasadena. And they need to have a better system in place because they're losing money and that's on the manager. I asked the cashier if they had them in stock and she told me I'm gonna have to wait. Unfortunately, the manager was not doing their job to see that this cashier could not handle the crowd. Bad business. I'm considering canceling my total tech as well.

I love supporting our local businesses, especially against the Amazon and the online of the world that are eating up all other businesses. However, I regret to say that I've never seen worse customer service nor policies like Best Buys. Even from the supervisor Andres, attitude and rudeness like I've never seen; zero care about customers. Never again stepping a foot in any of their stores. I'm getting all my electronics from Costco or online period.

Got my headphones repaired through the Apple Store, they essentially said there was water damage to the headphones so their claim to being sweat and water resistance is total BS do not buy Powerbeats pro wireless headphones they are crap and will continue to go bad on you. Best Buy 2 week warranty is worthless and their customer service is just as bad
