We worked with Dalel and team in preparation for our wedding day and could not be more pleased with the result. Her team did an excellent job staying in our budget while incorporating our colors and bringing our vision to life. The floral arrangements were beautiful and fit the overall look of the day. They were highly responsive through the process and professional too - loved working with them at every step. Our guests in particular complimented all the details, arrangements and my bouquet. So happy I found Los Angeles Floral Couture!

Dalel and Juan were so wonderful to work with - I had a really specific vision for flowers for my wedding day and the team made every detail come to life! They were excellent with communication and detail-oriented with all aspects of the process, including sticking with the budget I wanted to keep it under. I asked for changes very late in the process and all were accommodated for. I would absolutely recommend LAFC for any floral arrangement needs!

We hired Los Angeles Floral Couture for our wedding. We found them to be easy to work with, highly communicative and best of all they delivered the best flowers! We were impressed with their expertise and willingness to work with our budget. They created beautiful, colorful arrangements that were reflective of our color scheme. All in all, we had a wonderful experience with them and the final product exceeded our expectations.

I booked them originally based on their photos via their instagram which were very nice however the service was terrible. The owner Dalel is sneaky and has stole my money!! I told her my bank account was hacked and my final payment to her got reversed because someone filed a claim on my behalf that was not me. I told her I canceled the claim and that they will refund her the money as soon as 7 business days. I told her this she was off time before the money got taken from her bank account so that there would not be any problems. three days later Dalel text me from her personal phone and demanded that I pay her an additional $892 or else she could not do my wedding that was in 3 weeks!! I panicked because my wedding was 3 weeks away and there was no way I could find another floral person so I paid her and she assured me that she would refund me my money as soon as she got the payment. Here we are 20 days later and she still has not refunded me my $892!! my bank confirmed that they sent payment back to her and even provided me with a letter of proof to give her. Dalel refused it and also is no longer answering my calls or emails but it's funny because when I booked with them they were very responsive and they are now ignoring me and refusing to give my money back. I had to file a claim with my bank to receive my money back. do not book!!

Dalel, Dalel, Dalel!!! AMAZINGGGGGG. I truly am speechless still and my wedding was 2 days ago. I planned this wedding from 2 states away, had one meeting with Dalel and she ABSOLUTELY HIT THE BALL OUT OF THE PARK. I was provided an honest quote, treated like a queen and got more than I dreamed of. Our sweetheart table was perfection. My bouquet!!!!! Gahhhhhh so amazing. I urge you all to work with her! If you have a need for flowers for any occasion, your search stops HERE! It will be difficult for me to put into words how AMAZING LAFC is, but I'm going to try. LAFC did the flowers for my wedding in Malibu. From the very start, they exceeded all expectations. They replied quickly with extremely fair prices. The proposal price wound up being exactly what I paid. They met with me and discussed my vision and completely rolled with it when I changed everything I had originally wanted. They were professional, punctual, kind, and brilliantly creative.Now, let's talk about the flowers. When I say my flowers were STUNNING, I mean it. I had a gorgeous venue, and yet the flowers still popped. LAFC took my vision and ran with it. They created the most amazing arrangements, used such fun and exciting colors and flowers, and seriously blew my mind. The man, Soren, who they sent on my wedding day to deliver and set up the arrangements, was so kind and helpful.It's pretty obvious that I cannot recommend LAFC highly enough. They blew my mind with their creativity and stunning arrangements. I'd choose them 1000xs over again. I attached some of the early photos I have, but I will revisit this review in the future when my professional photos come in.I will literally cry when these flowers die (I still have them all over my house).Thank you SO much to the whole team at LAFC!

We used LAFC for our wedding in Malibu and we were not disappointed! First of all, we had great interactions with them before we officially booked. We worked with Caitlin the whole time. She was very attentive and detail-oriented when it came to putting together a quote for us. She asked all the right questions and gave us quality advice on how to get the exact look we wanted. We changed things multiple times throughout planning and they were consistently emailing us back and checking on our quote to make sure it was perfect. Their prices were also very reasonable. Anytime you say the word "wedding" prices shoot up immediately. We we're thankful to get some relief with LAFC and their pricing. We were able to change our quote and have the price still stay the same, they just adjusted the flowers and arrangements they had.Delivery went so smoothly, and they were even nicer in person. We told them to do their thing and they set up EVERYTHING without a problem. They even used leftover flowers and arrangements to decorate other parts that we didn't necessarily ask for. They allowed us to send inspiration pictures for what we wanted and when they brought the flowers on the wedding day, they were EXACTLY what we told them we wanted. Honestly, even better than what we wanted. Overall, Caitlin & the LAFC team went above and beyond for our wedding and I cannot recommend them enough. We would use them over and over again!

Was disappointed with the process for florals for my wedding and the final arrangements fell short of what I asked for. More importantly though, had the weirdest incident on the day of our wedding where my husband (the groom) told the florist not to put a clear glass vase in the middle of the dance floor..., husband was ignored, vase obviously broke two seconds later, then the groom on his wedding day ended up cleaning up the mess, and now we're being charged $65 to replace the vase because we're being told that the florist said we told him to put it there...First, I sent very specific pictures of what I wanted for the centerpieces -- tall vases, half with banana leaves and the other half with big palm leaves. They said it wouldn't be a problem to match the photos. We get to our design meeting and the mock ups for our centerpieces are very different and half the size of the pictures we sent (see photos attached). I asked again for banana leaves and they pushed back saying they weren't sure if they'd be able to get banana leaves but if I really needed banana leaves they would try. From the beginning I said I wanted banana leaves so I don't know why they were making it seem like I was coming to them with such a big ask. The centerpieces ended up being better than the mock ups, but still much smaller than the original photo I sent but I was going to let it go because at least it was banana leaves instead of monstera.Then, the day of the wedding, a florist arrives with empty vases and buckets of cut greens to assemble everything on site. Florist puts a clear vase with just water on the floor in the middle of the dance floor. My husband sees this and immediately says not to put the vase there (as it's common sense not to put a glass vase in the middle of a busy walkway) and the florist says it is supposed to go there. My husband (the groom...) disagrees and says the centerpieces are not supposed to be in the aisle (they were never supposed to be in the aisle) but the florist dismisses his request and leaves the vase there. A few seconds later a member of the caterer's staff walks into the vase and it breaks, spilling water everywhere. Somehow, my husband, the groom on his wedding day, is handed a broom and he is the one who starts to clean the mess (don't know where the florist went) before the wedding planner saw and took over. My husband immediately comes to tell me and the bridal party this story because he thinks it's hilarious that he told the florist not to put the vase there and the guy ignored him and then the vase immediately broke.A few days after our wedding I get a notification that LAFC has charged us another $65. I then get an email saying we are responsible for paying for the vase that broke. I call and explain what happened saying that I don't think we should be responsible when my husband told the florist not to put the vase there, and as far as I knew, the arrangements were supposed to be made off site rather than being arranged at the venue. I detail the conversation my husband had with the florist.Over the next few conversations and emails this is the back and forth:-LAFC says that I told them to put the vases in the aisle at some point during the design process. This is simply not true. During the design meeting I asked for the diameter of the vases because I told them we were making pedestals to place 4 of the table centerpieces at the front of the ceremony by the altar. And I specifically was told by the floral designer that LAFC would not be responsible for moving the centerpieces from the ceremony space to the tables and I told him that the wedding planner would handle it as it would only be a few of the centerpieces, not all of them, and the rest of the centerpieces should already be set on the tables.-LAFC says their florist never once spoke to my husband. My husband detailed to me and to the whole bridal party the "hilarious" conversation he had with the florist minutes after the conversation happened.-Then LAFC says they spoke to the
