My child always doesn't get the last meal!!!! He is always fussy after daycare.And we requested the face cream. They always don't do that.

This review is long overdue! My daughter has attended Kiddie Academy for the last 10 months (7 mo.-17 mo). As a first time mom, I was terrified at the thought of daycare. I couldn't imagine leaving my baby with "strangers" but since my husband and I both work full time, I didn't have any other choice. After looking into a couple of places, we decided on Kiddie Academy and I'm so happy we did. My daughter loves going to daycare! She has never cried once during drop off or pick up. All of her teachers have been attentive and kind. The office staff is also great! In a daycare setting, accidents are bound to happen but I really appreciate that they call me regarding any incident. I also receive multiple pictures a day of my daughter playing/doing activities. It really helps with my mom guilt when I can see how much fun she is having! They are also responsive to any of my requests/feedback. I can tell that the staff genuinely care and that they are doing their best which is all I could ask for.

I had to call the state on this facility due to poor hygiene in the facility & staff driving with child with no tages in the busses. The busses being dirty. This facility recieved a violation. The children room has nails on the floor sticking out & the roof leaks and they just put trash cans in the classroom to catch the water. It's giving cheap. This facility has very poor customer service they do not care about anything but money Any time you address harrasment from staff or inappropriate behavior the director Heather does absolutely nothing. You never see the owners they dont care about the children. My children have been going to this facility since they were babies I loved it until my son went to the school aged children class. I've had multiple incidents with a staff claudia in the school aged class. She would treat my son poorly and multiple other student make them cry in class. You think children can be picked on by other kids at daycare but it can he the adults bullying the children this teacher would act as if she was annoyed with my child I have multiple witnesses of this behavior I've been harrashed by the same staff member on social medial I've been addressing these concerns and absolutely nothing has been done other parents are considered about the same teacher and yet she is still around children other staff tell me that they have had an eye on her. Yet nothing has changed but then they disenrolled my children for a consurned parent addressing the consurnes go the staff member that's harrasing me and treating my child poorly disgusting customer service

I want to thank Alexis, Nicole and Heather and the rest of the team for taking care of my 3 babies. I can’t say enough about the team they truly care about your child as their own. Management was shifted about a year ago and what an Improvement it has been. Now I leave my kids knowing they are in great care and I am not second guessing if they are ok or not. There aren’t any cameras but regardless I know my kids are being taken care of. My 10 mo extends his arms to the staff and smiles at them. This only adds to the trust I have for this daycare. I wish they had cameras but only because I think it would be nice to take a peek at my babies during the day. I usually get a photo and it melts my heart to see my kiddos having fun. I would highly recommend this place. They will know you by name and always greet you with a smile. This is an excellent school, I have seen much my kids have learned and gown from what is taught them during the day.

Let's just say it's probably a reason "parents" are not allowed in the facility and not a good one. Both my kids were constantly sick they got sick the first week they started and couldn't recover fully until I took them out completely! My baby even caught pneumonia! They run the air freezing cold, kids constantly sick with running noses, and coughing, they caught a virus twice and they've never been sick like that anywhere else before, I'm sure they aren't very clean or sanitize as often as they should, just dirty dusty air circulating around isn't good for anybody let alone babies, definitely needs to be reported to county because the staff come in coughing, running noses, mask below the nose, kids noses are constantly running and it's just a NASTY A** place in general, which is why parents aren't allowed in, to sneak and take pics and report them. ZERO!!! Stars for this place just for baby sitting but I wouldn't bring my kids here again, and if you care about your childrens health don't bring yours.

Kiddie Academy has been an amazing school choice for my daughter. Let's start by saying, it is completely out of the teachers control how often children get hurt or get sick. This group of women who oversee this facility do their very best to make sure the children's needs are met to the best of their ability. I see a few really brash reviews about this school, but my daughter has been a student at two of their locations and continues to attend even after school. She enjoys socializing and the events they have for the students. I have put her in home daycare (awful), Kindercare (complex and expensive, and a private daycare (understaffed and unsanitary). I can't say I have ever felt this way about Kiddie Academy, they're an amazing school and strive to keep the children well cared for despite the demographics, seasons, or parents harsh suggestions. If you are going to bring your children to this school keep in mind, these teachers are giving their ALL every single day and we as parents don't need to make their jobs even harder by harassing them with complaints and issues about our personal political views. This school is run under amazing staff and funding and as a former preschool teacher myself, I personally love Kiddie Academy! Also, Ms. Heather is amazing and manages multiple locations and a family of her own. I'd say she is killing it!

We have been customers for a while now and have brought many of our concerns to the directors of this establishment now. I have also brought concerns multiples times to Heather who oversees staff their and they are ignored. We finally had enough and we file a complaint with Licensing because of their employees not following CDC guidelines. One of my kids was hurt by one of the teachers there with her wedding ring. My spouse had brought up some concerns on Monday to the Director Alexis, which she did not like being called out on the lack of temperature checks and masks guidelines. I spoke with Heather yet again and Informed her of the concerns yet that have been brought up to her multiple times in the past. It was very disrespectful for Heather to act like our concerns were not valid she also had a chuckle during our conversation. I asked Heather that u would like for the owners Beth or her husband to give me a call which she said she was going to have them call me, but they never did. She then turned around and said that Ms. Alexis called her and stated that "she was ready to walk off the job and was crying". My husband and son were present during this conversation that took place where she Claims my spouse told her he was coming for her job. Which was a lie, We do not appreciate the slandering of his name and the lies Ms. Alexis is claiming, this isn't the first time she has lied on someone, she has also made some false accusations against one of my kids therapist visits at daycare which I ended up firing because I took Ms. Alexis word. Since we filed a report with Licensing we have been retaliated against and have been asked to move our kids in 1 week. Heather stated that she had a meeting with the owners and the rest of the group and they came to a consensus that our kids were being kicked out of the daycare. They pick and choose what injury reports they want to send home as well. Below are pictures that they send out knowingly of their staff not following CDC guidelines. The only great thing at this Daycare is Ms. Nicole and it would be nice to have more people like her who know what they are doing.

They are services too bad. they deceive us for every time. the issue is when we go to there first , they said have a one space for my kid, but need wait for some days. we said ok and paid the payment. but after 1moth, they don't have any space for this month but next moth must be have .when it is available, they will give us a call, then sent us to la verne, it is so far from our home. but ok, we think only one moth we need wait. but after one month ,no any information, no call . we ask for every month but got the same answer.

I cannot say enough great things about this school! I absolutely love sending my child here. Administration is welcoming and friendly. Teachers are patient and keep parents updated. Classrooms are clean and organized. I appreciate the detailed daily report emails, I know exactly what my child did every day.

You will not regret sending your kids here! Every bit of attention is given to each child from infants all the way up to school age. Plus, they have cameras so you can just do a quick check to see what your kids are up to!

This Academy is the best. Teachers and staff are so wonderful. My son loves going to school. When I pick him up he tells me on his own " I had a great day". I can recommend this academy 100%.

The teachers are wonderful! They care so much about each child and my son just loves it here. We have had a great experience with everyone that works there. There is a positive energy that is priceless and I would recommend it to anyone who wants their child to fell loved every day!

We are very happy with Kiddie Academy. We have two girls who attend and they both love it. The owners are extremely involved and go above and beyond to make it a great experience for the kids. The teachers are very patient and always interact well with the kids. The center is always clean and well kept. We would highly recommend Kiddie Academy in Glendora!

Nothing but positive vibes. They truly care about our children. Any issues and the owner is on top of it immediately. Very assuring for us working parents. I love the in room cameras and daily pics, keeps me connected at all times. Highly recommend!

Best choice i've made ! Great staff, especially Denise. She's always helpful, super nice and willing to give advice when it comes to parenting . My son has been there since he was a toddler and the staff has always been helpful . From potty training to picking/ dropping him off at school , even if its a last minute change . Thank you Kiddie Academy.
