I was playing a gig 7 miles away check on line for some light mounts I needed 4 they had 3, but the sales staff found a mount that didn't look like the others but it would do the job so I'm forever grateful Great job!

I've been coming here for years. The store itself is great. My issue is the repair services. I had to swap out my Floyd rose bridge. I bought a whole new set up went to guitar center like I always do spoke with the repair tech and was quoted a price for the swap. I agreed and then asked if I were to purchase some strings if he could put them on after the bridge was out on. He quoted me 50.00 extra!. I declined that feeling it was a rip off, left my guitar and that was it. I get a call that my guitar was ready for pick up. Once I arrived yes the Floyd rose was installed. That's it. The nut locks were not replaced even though it came in the kit, the work looked really sloppy on top of it too.. also checking out the prices I noticed that a restring runs 36 bucks (my opinion a complete rip off) on top of it getting quoted 50 bucks instead of the 36. Stay away from the repairs.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Dan at the Guitar Center Glendora repair department, I recently purchased a George Lynch sunburst tiger guitar from G.C. Arizona and the headstock was damaged during the shipping process, Dan told me he could fix the headstock, I agreed to let him do so, to my surprise he did an amazing job repairing it, the integrity of the headstock is solid, he even gave it smack to show me it was not going break again, so if anyone has any doubts about Dan's workmanship take it from me he is a true professional and the staff was more than accommodating to my every need. Thank You Glendora Guitar Center ??

Excellent customer service, provided by Natt, I believe that what his name tag read. Despite store being busy he went above and beyond assisting me with my purchase, this is something you rarely see by employees at stores.

Took my guitar in for a neck replacement. It was a gift, which is very specioal to me, but I didn't like the headstock. I wrestled with the idea of making such a big change to a gift, and ultimately decided if I did it respectully, it wouldn't take away from the gesture. I looked around for a great replacment neck. I wanted an ebony fretboard with jumbo frets. After researching several websites, I quickly decided to go with Guitar Center. I brought the replacement neck and guitar to the store to see if it would even work because of some concerns I had with the heel shape and srew orientation. Nate put down the guitar he was working on and took the time to remove the neck from the guitar and slide the new in place to see if he could make it work. He assured me he could and set an ETR of about a week. I got a call a few days later to pick it up, days ahead of schedule! I was extremely happy with the work. The fit and finish are great! You wouldn't even know it was a replacement just by looking at the heel joint. Better than new!
