The manager was being so disrespectful to her employee. As I love shopping at goodwill, as a customer I love to see people being professional but she wasn’t. I felt so bad for the employee. Someone from HR needs to get involved soon.

I really like buying DVDs here. I found flawless copies of rare movies like, "Gods and Generals." I've bought several X Men and Matrix DVDs here as well.

Unpleasant Customer Experience Due to Jenny the store Manager at the Goodwill on Rte 66 in Glendora
I recently had an unfortunate experience at Goodwill due to the behavior of the manager, Jenny. As a customer, I was taken aback by the way she interacted with me and her employees. Jenny's condescending attitude towards her staff members, speaking to them in a belittling manner as if she were superior, was truly disappointing. Talking to them as if she doesn't need to respect them as fellow employees as well as human beings. The staff here works hard,and trys to make the customers feel welcome, but not Jenny.
Furthermore, when I approached Jenny with a question, her dismissive and curt response made me feel unwelcome and as if I were inconveniencing her by seeking assistance. It's disheartening to encounter such lack of respect and professionalism, especially from someone in a managerial position.
Customers should feel valued and respected when interacting with store staff, including the manager. Jenny's behavior not only reflects poorly on the store but also creates a negative atmosphere for both employees and customers.
In the future, I hope Jenny considers adopting a more respectful and approachable demeanor towards both her team and customers. A welcoming and courteous environment can greatly enhance the overall shopping experience for everyone involved.
Potential customers should be aware of the management style at this Goodwill location, as it may impact their decision to visit the store. I encourage the management to address and rectify these concerning behaviors to create a more positive and inclusive shopping environment for all. The staff is awesome but if you gotta deal with Jenny just put back your items and go to a different store

I love the GOODWILL industry and their passion in the programs they sponsor for the youth, homelessness, veterans, and recently incarcerated individuals. I think this is a wonderful program, Goodwill sponsors, and they need to be recognize more for their devotion to the community

Every week I go to Glendora goodwill on Route 66 and they have great employees with wonderful customer service my two favorite workers are Daishauna and Erica they assist me with the most precious smile and patience.

I had a bag of clothes and misc items to donate. I happened to be passing by the Glendora area. I was on Lone Hill Ave on the north side of Foothill Blvd. As I was turning left, I saw Goodwill. I immediately turned right into the parking lot. The universe was on my side. She knew I needed to get to a Goodwill and made it easy for me. Thank you universe!!! You're the best!!! I parked, walked right in, and stood in what I thought was a line. There was a gentleman in front of me. The lady behind the counter saw me holding a bag and asked if I was looking for the donation center. I said yes and she said drive around to the back. It would have been nice if there was a sign to indicate so prior to my entry. Or I may have missed the sign altogether. Anyway, I am grateful she said something otherwise I would have been waiting in line longer than I should have. Thank you! I drove around to the back of the building. There was a gentleman standing there behind a steel open caged cart. I walked on over. I looked at him and he looked at me. I said I have a bag of clothes and misc items. He tilted his head down towards the cart and said no words. He didn't even ask me if I wanted a receipt. Maybe my bag was too small and not worthy of a receipt LOL. It's all good. One less piece of paper to carry around. Anyway, I placed my bag down and afterwards, I drove off to the sunset... well, it was more off to the afternoon LOL. Thank you Goodwill for all the good that you do for our local communities!

I've been coming to this location since I moved to the area, back in 2016, but today I had the worse experience. I had a big exchange because I buy a lot & a lot didn't fit me this time. The lady "manager" with short blond hair. Was so rude questioning me why was I exchanging my items? If they don't fit me. Im sorry but I can read clearly on the receipt, I have 60 days to do so. Once I told her I didn't want to argue in front of lots of customers. She keep saying why are you exchanging? And I did heard earlier, her saying ahh today will be a return day, because there was another return. Not sure what her problem is, because she didn't said anything to the other person. I felt very uncomfortable specially her telling me in front of people. Why don't you tell me the same when I donate? This is the only location I donate because is so convenient from where I work. But this experience makes me not want to donate anything anymore. She is the most rude person ever, I was there for a while and she talks rude to the workers too.

I frequent lots of Goodwill locations and can say this location has the best, most friendly staff out of all the other store locations. I've interacted with every single employee at this location from front of house to back of house and I'm met with a smile and friendliness from each worker. It's also great to see how much the staff have good chemistry with each other and actually enjoy working together. Erika in particular is always, without fail, taking care of the customers and staff. Ive personally felt very touched by the extra measures Erika has done to make me a happy customer on a consistent basis. Having staff that care and greet you is so vital to keeping recurring customers and this location has done a great job at that!
