Our appointment was cancelled, and they never informed us, though they insisted that they called to reschedule. Fearing we were in the wrong somehow, we told them our numbers for backups so we could absolutely confirm when our appointment was, telling them to call us the day before the appointment just to keep us ease at mind.We returned with an appointment the next week. After making us wait an hour, all the staff just left in front of us, making us confused. One lady who appeared after they left stood confusedly at the front desk. All the work was left to the only remaining doctor left in the establishment, also confused to why he was the only one.This doctor was also not the one we requested, which means that after failing to give us an appointment last time, they proceeded to mess up our appointments again.This is a mental health establishment. Causing stress, confusion, anxiety to those who are possibly going through something is the very last thing you should be doing. I am horrified at the way patients are treated here.

This Pharmacy is / was the best in City!! The staff went above and beyond for their customers! Ian really saddend that they are closed down now. It's going to be hard to find service like theirs!

Lack of professionalism from the pharmacist makes me give this place a 1 star, if you have history of pain and need pain medicines, this is not the place to go. They will treat you as if you are a drug addict no compassion what so ever, I don't want pity from anyone, but don't be rude with your patients just because you are having a bad Life.

I’ve been coming here for the past 4 years for my prescriptions, and they are so kind and go out of their way to fix issues with any inconsistencies in prescriptions. They always call when they say they will, to remind me that my prescriptions are ready to be picked up or if there is an issue filling one. Always smiling and professional.

A great pharmacy. I won't go anywhere else. Outstanding customer service and great prices on prescription and otc items. They're not trying to break their customers financially and that's rare these days. Highly recommended .

When I first started seeing my physcatrist here in the Foothill pharmacy, building the pharmacist was just a joy. Angela was a,rare,pharmacist that wasn't a frustrated Dr. She was kind and considerate her staff loved and appreciated her. These dedicated women and John truly cared for ther customers they ALWAYS went above and beyond. Unfortunately Angela left and as if that wasn't bad enough the "girl" that took over IS a frustrated Dr. I'll call her Dr.Rule book.

We usually go to CVS for my cousins medication but his dr told us to try this one since it's downstairs from his office. We were surprised how much cheaper the medication was here compared to how much we usually pay. The staff is friendly and helpful. They helped us find out what insurance he has. It was filled in little time. They have a lot of snacks and drinks too. It comes in handy when you have kids with you while you wait. Prices are reasonable for that too. Great staff and service.

MD Bassam Mouazzen is very unprofessional and more concerned about what's for dinner. Has no clue how to communicate with patients. This guy is a DAMN joke.

The girls here are the best! So smart and willing to deal with your annoying insurance company. Seriously the best pharmacy staff I've ever encountered. Love them!
