Took both my dogs (cavachons) here for a bath and cut and was extremely disappointed. They both had blade burns, one worse than the other. One of them had blade burns so bad that it looked like he had chicken pox, he has white fur and it was very obvious how red his skin was under the fur. His belly has burns all over it. I noticed a couple days later that they both had fleas (never had fleas before). $300 in vet bills later.... It was confirmed that it was burns/cuts from grooming. Now both of my dogs are in e-collars and are on antibiotics and ointments. I called to let them know and they didn't seem to care at all. I payed $80 PER DOG... just for them to be miserable.

If you want your pet to look cute I highly recommend this place , is affordable and the quality of their service is great, here is where I take my beautiful puppy every time she needs a shower, haircut, nails and everything else they do to keep her happy and healthy!

I had an appointment and was turned away. The workers claimed my dog was aggressive. He's a big boy, maybe they were intimidated. The worker said "he's very strong." Another worker said "our kennels aren't strong enough." When they took him back the dogs went crazy and started barking. I did hear him bark back twice, but I know my dogs bark, it wasn't an angry bark at all. If he wanted to eat everyone in there, he could have. He is gentle and has never attacked any animal or human, that includes a cat we adopted, our toddler, and every dog at every dog park we have ever taken him to. They brought him back out, and I wasn't sure why, that's when they told me that he was very strong and their kennels weren't strong enough. So I had to ask them, "are you not taking him?!" My dog has been to the spa countless times, but never to that one, and we absolutely will never go back. I wanted to try a new spot so I figured I'd give them a chance. Luckily, Petco in San Dimas had openings right away, so I took him in. What a night and day difference. The three women at Petco were kind, gentle and immediately loving. Alicia who is amazing, took care of my puppy told me my "pup was a gentle and sweet boy." When I shared the story of Pet Spaw they said, "is that the one in Glendora?" When I said yes, they said that they had taken pets there who recently had negative experiences. I was not surprised. Petco for the win, lower prices that include more services, not that that matters, I would have paid double for the special treatment Petco gave. **in regards to "First L" & your comment, we never met, nor are you familiar with the situation as you were not there, you did not even get the day correct. Safety was never brought up by the workers. I should have looked up Yelp before going there, so many awful reviews.

They left my dog wet and my dog had scabs that weren't there prior to taking her there for her bath. Now changed to new place

They always do a great job and can usually squeeze us in when we call. Since they started closing on Mondays, it's harder to get a Tuesday morning appt, unless you call ahead the week before. They are friendly, clean, super convenient, and make my doggie look so cute with little pigtail bows or a playful neckerchief.

The service was ok but once I seen my two Pomeranians hair it was a horrific mess chopped up I called for at least partial refund promised a call back and nothing !!! $200- for this service I rather drive 20 min to our old groomer than deal with this one my my dogs ear hairs were left extremely long it was just embarrassing. Please do not bring your dogs here especially if they have big coats that are beautiful. You would think they would of at least refunded for the damage they done partially.

I have been bringing my dog here for years.
I am usually always satisfied despite a few times my dog has been cut during her service. I have given them the benefit of the doubt about 2 times already. HOWEVER, this last time I have had enough. Every time I go she is cut somewhere on her body. This last time was ridiculous. This is on her neck and I did not see it the day off because it was covered with a really cute collar that they put on her after the appointment. I noticed it a few days later as it has already developed a scab. This is RIDICULOUS. This cut is the biggest one I have ever seen on her. It looks like a chunk of skin was cut. I am livid. NOT OK GLENDORA PET SPAW. Make me aware that you cut my dog when I pick her up. Do not hide it. I will not be bringing my dog here ever again.
