Pretty good selection of games, but the staff are rude, especially the manager. He never says hi always talks under his breath and complains when you don't get any warranties.

Anthony is rude AF. Definitely miserable and should not be in customer service. Stopped in for a few copies of Modern Warfare 3 for Christmas gifts. At the register I told him the Open sign wasn't on and we almost drove off thinking they were closed so they don't lose business to which he replied and? Then he kept snatching things and when my son asked how do we use the gift card for part of it he said like a card with an attitude and we slid it 3 times told him it doesn't work he said yes it does and walked off to talk to someone else in the middle of purchase, kept making rude comments so we just left. I'll give another location our money. No one forced you to be in this job, so if you're not happy, quit. Just rude.

Worst gamestop ever...I think the employees don't want to work there anymore complaining the whole time. The guy that worked that day didn't even say hi or nothing the whole 30 min I was there. I wanted to buy a ps5 slim bundle but didn't even acknowledge me. He was too busy hitting on some girl. Walked out..I will be going to the montclair Gamestop. They actually have customer service.

Arturo helped me over the phone and was absolutely fantastic and very good at his job. It was such a pleasant experience that I immediately started writing this review after getting off the phone with him. I had called with a few questions about the new Slim PS5 Spider-Man 2 Bundle, mainly because I wanted to know if they’re in stock anywhere like the other CODMW2 bundle that’s now in stock. Arturo went above and beyond to get the information needed to thoroughly answer all the questions and got superb customer service. Let’s be honest, calling a retail store is usually never a pleasant experience but Arturo at the Glendora GameStop was the exception. An absolute pleasure to talk to and I look forward to bringing my business to this store in the future.

This is the usual GameStop that I go to for Wizard101 membership cards, but I understand that the game's lack of popularity makes it seem obscure and unknown to the employees. Since they no longer put up the Wizard101 cards with the other gift cards, I always have to ask the employee behind the counter to look for a specific Wizard101 card in their drawers. With previous visits, there have been no problems with the employees helping me try to find the right card. With this last visit, Emilio #655799, managed to give me the wrong membership card despite me showing him a picture of the membership card along with its name. Even when I asked him to check to see if the digital card matched with the picture I brought, he falsely claimed it did. Although I prefer getting the physical membership cards for this game, I think I will have to buy any future releases online in order to avoid any similar issues in the future.

Let me tell you all, huge shout out to Emilio! I had recently picked up a refurbished Steam Deck and decided to return it within my "7 Day No Hassle " return policy on refurbished products. 2 different GameStop's would not take my return because I paid with card and said that "card payments are not able to be refunded" which is a bogus excuse given my experience with GameStop in the past. Anyway back to how Emilio saved the day, he gladly honored my return (which was day 4 of me purchasing the Steam Deck, well within my return window.) and I put some of that money toward a future preorder. I'm happy to do my business with GameStop when it is with employees like Emilio. You guys have an all star here, do whatever you can do to keep him! There's plenty of places that we as consumers can do business at and thanks to Emilio GameStop in Glendohas my loyal business.

Employe knowingly sold me a defective pre-owned ps4 controller, he plugged in the controller and it showed slightly above dead center for left analog stick said it'll be fine and it's to small to notice while playing, ran 1 game of apex and toggle started drifting hard, changed dead center setting in game and still scrolling around

READ THIS BEFORE YOU PURCHASE FROM ANY GAMESTOP.I went to this Gamestop last night to buy Hogwarts Legacy for the PS5. The guy behind the counter was a greasy looking dude named Emilio (employee # 655799). Something about him immediately put me on edge. When he started to ring me up, I paid attention to the charge process and saw that he quickly added the 1 year warranty, which is a charge of $3.99. He did it fast, and I know he was hoping I wouldn't notice. I pointed it out and asked him about it and he tried to say that it's automatically added - which I know it is not, they're supposed to ask you if you want it. I told him to take it off and pointed my finger in his greasy face and I told him "You're supposed to ask me if I want that" and I walked out with my purchase. I've never seen a "**** eating grin" before - but this guy was the epitome of this expression. He just looked at me like that and had nothing to say. It's not the dollar amount that bothers me - it's that this guy thought I was a chump who wouldn't notice, and he was hoping to pad out whatever numbers these guys are tracked by for their performance. I happen to know that these guys will do this, especially to non English speakers who might be a little more meek and just hand over their money when they want to buy something. He's probably done this to a lot of people. I walked into Gamestop knowing about all the under handed stuff that they do and I told myself I should just go to Best Buy or order off of Amazon, but I was close by and really wanted this game. I should have listened to that little voice in my head and gone elsewhere.I am never going to buy from Gamestop again. And Emilio, employee # 655799, is the reason why.
