Horrible customer service. The second the person answered the phone he had such a bad attitude and was so short and snappy with me. Would not recommend. When you're going through a difficult time you need to be patient and show kindness.

Unfortunately I needed to haul my motorcycle when suddenly got a flat. I looked for towing services in the area and saw Full Armor Towing highly rated. I have them a call and they quickly were on-site, professionally loading my bike. Great service and would highly recommend. Mario took great care of me.

They had a really fast response, Their customer service was great, he cared about My safety and got me into the truck since we were on the side of freeway. He loaded my car on the bed and secured everything without more damage, he was skilled and quick.Even though I had destination to take car he was available with alternate options just in case of those that don't have shops or know what to do when in accident . I was impressed and I'm not one to be impressed by someone that has to do their job . Another words went above and beyond I guess you can say

My car broke down on the way to Irwindale. Every tow service I called had at least a 2-hour ETA despite them being within very close vicinity. We called Full Armor, and he was there within 15 minutes. That service that you can count on!

I've used Full Armor Towing more than once and I must say I couldn't have been more happy with the great service I had received from Mario. I would have paid a lot more had I chosen a different tow company. Mario was always very prompt when he showed up after my two calls. I found him to be very professional, respectful and a hard worker. He really cares about his customers as demonstrated by his dedication and loyalty, and he also goes the extra mile for them.
