“Had a doctor visit this morning w/ Dr. Ameeri. I've been a patient of hers for years but seldom make visits. She's friendly, thorough and professional. In addition, her front office and nurse were friendly, prompt and efficient. There are some reviews on here that there are issues but I have not encountered any. Would definitely refer to others.”

“I'm a new patient to Emanate Health and although the process of changing insurance and subsequently having to find a new physician was burdensome, I'm now grateful for the circumstances that led me to find this excellent medical group and their team of physicians and medical professionals. I've had 1 office visit and 2 Telehealth visits over the last couple of months and I've been increasingly more impressed with every visit. The ease of making an appointment and the attentiveness and thoroughness of the medical staff have been so refreshing. In a time with corporate takeovers of medical services it's nice to know practices like Emanate health exist. Getting the care and medication I need has been hassle free and highly appreciated. “This review is actually for Dr. Margaret Tsai since we went there for Dr. Chang's appointment, but we were seen by Dr. Tsai.My daughter's eczema flared up for a few months, maybe because of all the dust from cleaning and moving houses. The eczema got worse throughout all of her body, and even spread to her hands and breasts.This is the first time we came to this office, and we were accepted right away without any hassle. The staff and nurses are nice, welcoming, detailed, and professional. The waiting time was quick, much less than we expected from any other doctors' offices.To our surprise, Dr. Tsai looked rather young, but she was very thorough and patient with us as she spent time to ask and examine my daughter. She answered all of my questions about the medication I had been using, and explained the new ones she was giving.It's been less than a week now, and my daughter's eczema is getting better. I appreciate Dr. Tsai and the staff very much to let us in without a prior appointment. We are very happy, so we can enjoy the holidays now!Have a wonderful Christmas, and a blessed New Year, everyone!”

“I went to Optum today, and I had a lot of worries and questions on my mind. But as I was leaving, I felt so so much better. The doctor answered all my questions very honestly, and his assistant Veronica answered my questions. Also,, I’m a 66-year-old woman and as you get older, you know you have a lot of questions about your health. But I felt very very comfortable there. “My Wife Haily Kwok has been raving about Dr. Iskander and all of the staff! Specifically Maria who is in charge of referrals. Maria has gone above and beyond any person we have known in the medical field. Maria is caring, extremely comforting and very very knowledgeable! Maria is a very sweet person and the office is very lucky to have her as their staff. Her follow up practice is on spot and Dr. Iskander also calls back in person very promptly. “After reading the reviews, I was a bit hesitant. However, I don't think it's as bad as what I read. My appointment did take a while, but I was constantly being attended. It is a busy office, and they are doing their best to attend to all patients. Everyone was very nice and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Z was very nice and empathizes with his patients and their medical needs. Definitely felt heard and not judged.”

“I joined Optum Glendora Primary Care in January 2023 and I have been pleased with their customer service so far. I really like my primary care doctor, Dr. Ha Tran but I especially want to acknowledge Patricia Ruiz, the Patient Liaison at the Optum-Glendora for her compassionate and professionalism towards new patients. When I first walked in she greeted me, sat with me and explained how their facility works. In addition, she is very responsive whenever you have questions and you contact her directly. If she can't take your call, she will make sure she calls you back the next day. If she's not able to help she will direct you to someone who can help.
