We had a last minute reservation assisted by Andrew Ortega and he did a great job on providing excellent customer service.He literally made his way to make sure that the vehicle is clean and ready in such short notice. Thank you Andrew and same with Karen too. You made our our last minute reservation a stress-free experience!

If I could give Jared, Andrew, Karen & Janett unlimited stars I would. I was in a bad car accident and needed a rental car for a little over 2 months. The team at Glendora Enterprise treated me with kindness and compassion, and most importantly were incredibly honest. It felt like they genuinely cared about how I myself was doing, and were always happy to accommodate me and answer all of my questions. They are incredibly fair and friendly, and I am so grateful that they were there to help me in my time of need and uncertainty.

It is really sad to see how this company allows its employees to deceive and treat their customers badly and to debit money that was not approved, and simply no one gives you a solution and no one calls you to even try to find out what happened, terrible service and They take your money through deception. Es realmente triste ver como esta empresa permite que sus empleados engañen y traten mal a sus clientes y debiten dinero que no fue aprobado, y simplemente nadie te da una solución y nadie te llama para siquiera intentar saber qué pasó, Pésimo servicio y te quitan el dinero mediante engaño.

My car was hit by a driver that ran a red light. Our insurance covers a rental. This location reached out to us even though there was another assigned to us. Shortly after they had a driver picking me up to bring me to get my rental. The process was fast, easy and straight forward. I would recommend before you come to confirm if your Indira covers rentals. Second before you take your Rea tal make sure you take a picture of how much gas has. If you don't return it with the amount it was given to you you will get charged their posted price. Before you leave you must inspect the vehicle and take pictures of anything bumps, scratches and dents. You don't not want to be help responsible for any damages that you did not cause. When you return your vehicle return your vehicle in the conditions that it was given to you. The gas should be no less or they will charge you. Make sure the car isn't filthy. My return was even faster than my pick up. I was told what my charges were and I left. Andrew was the gentleman that asistes me and he was great.

Over the last eight years I have had to utilize their services as a result of careless peoples driving so that being said the enterprise people always get me at my worst, but have always treated me the best. I am so grateful that they hire people that are efficient, confident, and Kind and empathetic because nobody wants to put out a deductible be without their car and go through all of this because of other people being careless or reckless and I'm so grateful for the enterprise people they made a really stressful situation less stressful!

I booked a standard SUV this morning, pick up time is 5 pm, which is also the returning time for my previous rental sedan. So at 5 pm, I returned the sedan, and waiting for my new rental, a standard SUV.After 10 minutes, the manager brought me to a RAV4, and said "Here is your car". I have rented multiple times from this location, and I know RAV is just an intermediate SUV. After I pointed that out, the manager said this was the biggest SUV they had now, and willing to give me a lower price. Feels like she tried to cheat me at first. But this car didn't fit my travel plan, so I insisted for a standard SUV. Then the manager said she tried to call all the offices nearby today, and there was no standard SUV available. If I don't like the car, I don't need to take it. Then I said if you don't have the car, you should at least give me a call so I can rent a car from other rental car company. The manager said she's so sorry that they were too busy today to give me a call. How ridiculous. I asked how to solve this problem since I did need a standard SUV, she said there was nothing she can do. Then I kept asking her why she couldn't give me a call to let me know before I came, she just blah blah blah and finally asked me to leave! I had to walk 20 minutes in a hot summer day to home, since I already returned my previous car, and didn't get my new rental. I usually only rent cars from this enterprise because it's only 1 mile from my home, now I have to think otherwise. The service there is really terrible. Last time the car I rented was not cleaned inside, I saw a sunglass and toy left there.

I have always have a great experience at Enterprise in Glendora and the cars are quality. I did, however, recently rent a small car and they gave me a Nissan Kicks. The Nissan leaked oil everywhere. I returned the car and was kindly told by the attendant that they have a cleaning service that would reach out to me and tae care of it. I called twice following the episode and nobody ever reached out to me to take care of the oil spill.
