The person reading my CT scan has little knowledge of my problem and recorded it as "mild" even tho my sinuses were completely closed. They need to understand that their "opinion" effects insurance coverage.

So I have to say the people here are pretty nice and helpful. The wait times aren't very long for X-rays but mri's might take a little longer to get in. The reason why I gave it three stars is because I drove all the way there to get an x-ray after getting off of work just to find out that they're already closed. You know when you are so busy and you plan out your schedule just right to get all of your health stuff taken care of without getting stressed ? Well that didn't work out too well. I would recommend updating the hours on the website and on Google as they both say that they don't close until 6 PM. Super bummer! (Btw they close at 5pm) I would still recommend them, but will change my review when the times get fixed.

Receptionist seems inept and lazy. Very unhelpful. Transferring my referral elsewhere.Will avoid this branch in the future.

They should post the hours they close for lunch. Not all patients live around the corner. Upon my return staff was super friendly and I was in and out in a jiffy.

Last week I had a CT scan. I just wanted to thank Antoinette I believe was her name. She made me feel at ease. She didn't know this but I had a son pass away from a brain tumor years back and I have been nervous with anything that had to do with my head. She was so patient and kind with her words. I work in a hospital myself and sometimes people are just so quickly to get you in and out. I just wanted to thank her for being so great... also even as she did the contrast poke with the needle left no bruising which is very unusual for me. I hope you are recognized for how great you are. Thank you.

Arrived and front office staff is friendly. I came for a CT scan. The tech was very friendly. She was very detailed on what was going to happened. The only thing is she had to do two tries to finally get access for the contrast injection. The first attempt was infiltrated and cause a bruise.

I was there for an MRI of my head today. I was fairly nervous when I got there since it was my first time. My tech was Nelson and he was amazing. He explained everything to me and made me feel super comfortable. He was also really gentle with the contrast injection. I barely felt it! The office was super clean, and updated. I didn't have much interaction with the front desk staff so I can't speak much on that. Overall a great first experience!

Walked in for an X-ray today and the receptionist Mayra Ramirez ( there is a poster with her name on it behind her computer ) she was super kind, and fast at her job of checking my insurance and registering me. She had me in and out the office in less than 15 min. If you need an X-ray come here

I didn't understand a couple of questions and the girl at the front desk seemed inpatient cause i didn't understand a couple of questions on the form she had me fill out talk about attitude she had one not a good way to start the day Sarah should be more compassionate with the patients. After all we are paying for the service not to be talk to like a child
