I worked with Piano Transport to move a piano from Anaheim Hills to Vista, California. We arranged to have the piano picked up the day before and delivered the following day. Everything went well and they delivered at the time they said they wood. We were able to agree on a flat rate, which was very fair. The company was very professional and we heartily recommend them to anyone needing to move a piano. Needless to say, the grandchildren are enjoying their 'new' piano!

Donnie, his son Josh and their awesome employee, Juan all did a fantastic job. The great service started with great communication. When I was called to set up the delivery, I spoke with Donnie's wife. She is very polite, friendly and professional. She understood any concerns I had and notated them so I felt comfortable even before they came to deliver my piano. When Donnie showed up the next morning to deliver my piano. I really appreciated that he first came into the house and did a walk through, looking at the space and asking where, exactly, I wanted the piano. Even offering some very smart advice and placement, based on his experience. Then they all very smoothly and efficiently moved the piano into place. Asking me twice "is that good?" and I asked them twice to reposition it slightly, they were absolutely, without hesitation, incredibly accommodating and did it with a smile on their face and an great upbeat attitude. In the end, when the piano was in place and time to lift the lid, Donnie noticed one of the pins were missing on the piano lid. He went out to the truck to see if he had an extra. Unfortunately, no.... Then he asked if I had a wire hanger. I went and got it for him, he used some tin snips, twisted the wire and bit and totally "MacGyvered it"! (I'll, of course, get a new pin later. But so nice of him to go the extra mile and make it work for me in the meantime.) All-in-all an amazing job. I've had three pianos moved in and out of this house. (that's six movers). Donnie, his son and team are absolutely THE BEST I've used! A complete family owned and operated business, front-to-back, and it shows! Great customer service! Thanks so much!

We had a very tricky set of stairs with some tight turns and low ceiling clearance. Donnie and his team were creative in problem solving how to get my baby grand up to our second level. They safely and successfully delivered our piano up to our second floor. They were professional and so kind and considerate. Their prices are better than their competitors on top of it. I will certainly be calling them for my next piano move.

What a breath of fresh air to find a service company that answers the phone, shows up when they say they will and do what they said they will do (with skill and professionalism to boot!). I had a baby grand piano moved from Beverly Hills to Thousand Oaks in California. They very obviously knew what they were doing, were prompt, friendly, and gave me tips on placement and cleaning. Highly recommend their service! Thank you guys! : )

We had a great experience. They moved a piano to our friends and moved my mom's baby grand to our house. They coordinated it all perfectly and were quick, on time, careful and courteous. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

The guys at Piano Transport are professionals!!! They moved an upright piano to our church choir loft through narrow stairs with a turn in the stairs. They did this without a ding or bang into the walls or piano. They were extremely careful and efficient. I highly recommend their services!!!
