“Dropped by Old Navy after picking up my meds from Sam's Club. It wasn't a busy day so we had the whole store to ourselves. The store was fully stocked with new items for spring. Most of tgem that my wife and I liked, so we ended up buying a lot of fashionable clothes for the season. Well organized store, clean, fully stocked and most of the items are on sale. There's a lot of selection for the season. When we were ready to pay, seems like there was only one person in store. I noticed that he was stashing away clothes and maning the register at the same time. Really attentive, helpful, professional gentleman. He took his time folding our purchase neatly and helped us save half the value of what we bought. I'm guessing he's the manager. Yes I would keep coming back to this place if staff are a like this person.”

“On 12/5/21 I was on a mad hunt for black Doc Marten 1460 Pascal boots for my daughter's birthday present. Everywhere was sold out in her size. I called Journeys and was kindly assisted over the phone. I hurried over to the store and was immediately greeted by a really nice associate in a green sweater. (Unfortunately, I didn't get her name. If you remember us, my daughter was wearing a softball uniform!) She brought out the boots, unwrapped them, assisted my daughter with trying them on, suggested some socks, wrapped the boots back up, and handled the check out. Start to finish, less than 15 minutes. She was relatable, friendly, so willing to help SELL a pair of shoes. Even my teen daughter commented on what an easy process it was and what great customer service we received. Thank you!”

I haven't seen this kind of service from any stores in decades.I have an illness that attack me with no warning; it happened while I was here. The associates gave me water and help sitted me. “I've ordered from this location several times and decided to pay a visit as I was passing through California. I'm so glad I did. I was able to purchase a Hangyodon plush in person. This store has every character in stock with the exception of Usahana. She seems to sell out quickly. They are an officially licensed Sanrio store so you know you will also be purchasing items from Japan as well. This is one of the few Sanrio stores that is super organized and very easy to shop. Glad we made the visit.”
