I don't really know why the rating is what it is, I really love this branch. It's never over crowded, the tellers have always been really helpful and pleasant. I have to say this is one of my favorite branches to deal with. No complaints.

Uriel Tovar was more than helpful assisting me with my business and personal banking needs. The atmosphere at this branch is amazing. The staff at this branch are very friendly and welcoming.

I always go to this Chase location because of their drive thru ATM. Super fast service and yeah the only reason I drive a tiny bit further to go this Chase location compared to the Arrow Hwy one in San Dimas.
