Hard to find a worker here, I waited forever to get help on a purchase for an iPad for Christmas. And it wasn't even crowded or busy and it was on a weekday around 2 pm.

I bought a dishwasher; didn't come with the power cord but I didn't find that out until it was delivered. Go to the store they said "oh, we don't carry those. It's supposed to be included." The salesman says but, we don't carry power cords here at the store he gave me a number of their resolution Appliance department.They tell me a different story that the power cord is not included that I can buy it at the store. I was told that they don't have power cords. So the appliance resolution people tell me they will sell me one for $35 ,and shipping is $99 and it won't get there for two days, this is terrible.

After wandering the store for about 1/2 hr, we finally got some assistance from Matthew. Purchased an open box TV, he gave us great recommendations, on our way to set it up. I'll be back to this review if I have any issues ?

I still don't get it that fob works here said I stepped on his toes on a Samsung worker I even cared to pass on and service any other brands to even get a sale for anybody that I stepped

The associate that helped me was very helpful and did a good job when I had a question in choosing the switch for my 6 year old since I am not familiar with the nintendo switch.

The service at the geek squad repair area is by far the worst service I have ever had. Techs are rude and the opposite of helpful they actually make things more difficult.

I was greatly disappointed with the Best Buy Credit Card Offer given to me at the Glendora. I bought a $4,778 big screen TV on Dec. 21, 2023, and the full payment was due Jan. 17, 2023 -- if I wanted to avoid paying late fees and/or finance charges. When I called Best Buy Credit Card Services, I got a lot of silence over the phone by a supervisor named Bill; essentially, he gave me the just-let-the-customer-"talk", then this long period of silence, then say there was nothing that could be done (despite that at one point he did say he could understand my "shock" at this situation). I've had credit cards for 35 years and never heard of full payment due in less than 30 days of the bill. As matter of fact, they sent out the invoice for it before I even received the physical credit card (invoice sent 12/22; card sent 12/25)! I will pay the full amount for the TV, cancel the card, and take my technology purchases elsewhere. I will also avert using Citi Bank or VISA.

Went there for curbside pickup and they took too long so went inside and took even longer only one cashier and they have nothing in stock
