This review is for Jennifer Flood at this location. Jennifer and Banner Bank are so much more personable, caring, and attentive than other big mainstream banks. Jennifer checked in with us regularly and always looked out for our best interest. Thank you for your kindness and hard work, you are very much appreciated.

I read a review a minute ago by someone attempting to disparage this branch & in more detail the branch manager Dena. She claimed the branch is "racists" which is totally not true and nonsensical. My husband is Hispanic and they've treated him with respect and with no bias. I think this is a fake review by somebody who had a problem they created & this was their passive aggressive way to get back. I can assure anybody thinking about opening a account here, if you're looking for awesome customer service, you won't be disappointed.

If you need a bank that actually cares about you & knows your name when you walk in the door, look no further. Banner Banks customer service is incomparable to any bank I’ve done business with. Visit the branch on Grand Ave. & ask for Dena Smart, she is amazing. Her follow up is a A+! Not even joking, my kids said after she called one day & we were on speaker phone “mom, she’s really a good banker”. Also Patrice Reinhard who works in the bank is amazing too! Great Customer service, getting a return call ASAP & talking to a real person is what you’ll get if you bank with Banner Bank on Grand Ave. in Glendora.

Racial profiling and blatant discrimination by employees. Manager, Dena, will call for a "follow up" to, of course, deny and invalidate the actions of their racist employee and talk over me while admitting she does NOT know what was said to me over number of phone calls trying to open an account. Upon her repeated and rude denial, I asked if the phone calls I had with the racist employee, Dan, were recorded because it's clear from the things he asked about my immigration information, remarks he made towards me and his tone, that he was treating me unfairly based on my ethnicity and appearance. She first lies and says she was right there so when I asked her if she was aware precisely of the questions he asked and statements he said to me, she admits she, in reality, didn't hear the phone calls. I went with a stack of cash to deposit upon completion of opening the account, but after this unacceptable treatment of clients that are POC by Banner Bank employees, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Absolutely disgusting and a complete joke. Do not go here if you're a person of color.
